I'm in love with Lucy Snape, but I'm a Weasley!

~Chapter thirty five: The new generation~

I quickly dashed into my department a few days later to finish off a few things before I would see Severus off at King's cross. Yesterday we had gone to Diagon alley and grabbed all the supplies we needed for Severus' journey to Hogwarts but unfortunately today I had to finish off a few papers. (Luckily for me the train leaves later than when I was at Hogwarts.) 

I went into my office and began fiddling with the papers on my desk, and I was so determined to finish them I almost had a heart attack when I realised someone was standing in front of my desk. It was the same woman from the other day who works in my department. 

"Can I help you?" I asked in a forced tone. 

"Yes, you can actually," she smiles sweetly back. "Do you remember me?" 

"Yeah, I saw you the other day and you asked me who I was married too." 

"No, no. Before that." 

"I recall seeing you in my department but other than that not at all." 

"You serious?" The woman asks and I nod back at her a little confused. "So you don't remember me from Hogwarts?" 

"You went to Hogwarts?" 

"Well of course I did! In fact, you might remember my brother..." 

I look away from her and rack my brain desperately for who this person might be. Or their brother for that matter. But then I realise and I know the hatred that fills this woman must be terrible. 

"Are you Harmony?" I wonder aloud. 

"Yes, I am." 

"Well, it was nice seeing you again Harmony..." 

"Yes, you too, Lucy." 

I began to wander off, in fear that she'll interrogate me further. But she follows me and before long I've broken into a run and as soon as I can I apparate back home where I find Fred and my dad helping Severus check that he's got everything in his trunk. 

"Mum!" Nymphadora calls and she runs over to me, I pick her up and try to get rid of the disturbed feeling that I have. 

"You alright, Lucy?" Fred asks as he closes Severus' trunk. 

"Yeah..." I pause. "Do you remember Harmony Malfoy?" 

"I do." He nods and then frowns. "Why you asking about her?" 

"She works in my department and she came up to me today, just like the other day, she asked me about you..."

"Don't worry about her, she's only jealous."

"Can we go now?" Severus begs.

"Alright, lets go." I reply and Fred holds Severus' hand while I hold on to Nymphadora and dad holds onto the trunk. We apparate to outside of King's cross then walk in. 

The place, as usual, is packed with muggles and we have to dodge every single one of them to try and get to Platform nine. I held Severus' hand protectively as he looked around nervously at his new surroundings. 

When we made it to in between Platforms nine and ten I glanced at Fred and he nodded then grabbed hold of the trolley and ran into the barrier and disappeared. Dad then took hold of Nymphadora's hand and they ran after him. 

"Are they OK?" Severus whispered in a voice which was almost mute. 

"They're fine, they've just made it over to Platform nine and three quarters. The Platform where the Hogwarts express lives which will then take you to Hogwarts."
