"Mia. Mia....Get up girl." someone said through my dream state.

I opened my eyes to see who was the person that woke me up and responded. "I'm up. I'm up...." Once I got off the lounge, I was standing in front of a my cousin, Abbi. I looked at her and couldn't believe how grown she's gotten. I felt a few tears threatening to come out but I held it in.

I grabbed her and hugged her tight. After a few minutes we tore ourselves apart. Then looked at each other and started giggling.

I told her, "I didn't know you were coming home." I didn't notice anyone was watching us until Jake said, "Aww...they're back to how when they were young. Annoying." Abs and I laughed at him because it did seem like he was annoyed, but we knew he was only joking. "See what I mean?" Jake said to the guys, with a small smile.

We ignored him and Abs said to me, "I'm not the only one that came home," with a smile on her face.

Just as she finished her sentence, I saw John. We ran to each other and in reaching distance, he grabbed me and gave me a big bear hug. He hugged me just as tight as I did him. Now my water works started. I couldn't stop crying even if I wanted it too because Abbi and Daniel came into the hug, muttering that they've missed me.

After a few minutes, Abs and Daniel let go of me and I let go of John but he kept his arm over my shoulder and I was glad for the comfort. I wiped my tears away with the back of my hand and looked at everyone.

The guys walked towards me and John let my shoulders go, while again being engulfed in a hug by the guys now. Everyone muttered 'We've missed you Mia,' and then they let me go except for Jace, he kept a hold of me. I got the same butterfly feeling as I did 'that' first time and looked down at my fingers. He asked everyone, "Can you guys go back inside? I want to talk with Mia, for awhile." I didn't see everyone's response, but they all left. Dani, Abs, and John all gave me a light squeeze on my shoulder when they passed me. As soon as we were alone, Jace faced me and asked, "Do you want to take a walk with me." I looked up, but my eyes were looking passed him, and nodded.

We started walking just like 'that' night, not saying a word, but this time I walked with my hands crossed over my chest and Jace's hands in his pants pocket.

We still didn't say anything for about five minutes, then Jace broke the silence, "So, how've you been?" he asked.

My eyes stayed focused on the path in front of me, but I answered, "Good. You?"

"Same" he replied back. Then I guess he was getting agitated because he said, "Look Mia I'm sorry for what I said back at the restaurant. I shouldn't have blamed you for the commotion and embarrassing you in front of the guys." He hesitated for a moment, then said "I don't know what got into me."

I nodded then said to him, "It's okay Jace, I shouldn't have let her get to me." I heard him chuckle, then he said, "That was always you, always getting bent out of shape when it came to Laura." I chuckled too and nodded my head, agreeing with him.

Before we knew it, we were at the same spot we had been years ago. We were both silent and we knew what this spot meant to both of us, our first kiss.

After a few awkward minutes, I decided to leave. Just as I was walking away, Jace grabbed my arm and said, "Wait, Mia."

I turned around and looked at him. We just stared at each other and just that moment I felt like I was having deja vu. Just as he was leaning forward and a mere breath away from my mouth, I was getting a fuzzy feeling in my stomach and my head felt dizzy. Then reality hit me and I moved my head to the side and felt his soft lips on my cheek.

He pulled away and noticed what he just did and said, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that."

"It's okay. Maybe we should just head back." I said to him and he nodded his head.
