[5] He Cares

You tiredly roll out of bed, and check your phone.

1 New Message from Max

Max: Hey baby girl, I'm leaving Australia for two days to go visit an old friend. I'm already at the airport. Love ya.

Y/N: Why didn't you tell me yesterday?

Max: I didn't want you to be sad. Anyways Joji is there if you need him, I trust him enough to take care of you. If you need anything just text Joji.

Y/N: I love you.

Max: I love you too.

You already start to miss Max, he's only been gone for a couple of hours. After all, it was only two days. You can make it two days right?? You let out a huge sigh as you walk over to your  closet to pick out some clothes. You end up going with a comfortable adidas hoodie, and nike shorts. You put your hair up in a messy bun and brush your teeth. Your arm is still sore from the tetanus shot, and your fever seems to be getting worse. After a while you decide to text Joji. You've only known Joji for a little while, but he was always very supportive and kind.

Y/N: Hey Joji, I'm not feeling too good at all. Do you mind coming over? I feel very dizzy and I could probably pass out any second.

Joji: Sure, I'll be over in a bit.

You decide to make your bed and straighten up your dorm before Joji comes over. You hear a knock on the door, and open it.

"Hey. Whats wrong?" Joji said as he places his hand on your hot forehead. "Damn, why don't you go lie down on the couch and I'll fetch you a cool wash rag.

"Thanks Joji." You say as you watch him walk into your bathroom.

Joji's POV:

I should probably text Max, he must be worried right now.

Joji: Hey I'm over at y/n's dorm. She's not looking too good, when she texted me she said she felt like she was going to pass out. I'm in her bathroom getting her a cool wash rag.

Max: Ah shit, thats right. She got her tetanus shot yesterday and had an upcoming fever. Take care of her Joji.

Joji: I will.

I place my phone down and grab a wash rag from her cupboard. I run it under the cool water and ring it out. I pick up my phone and walk over to y/n. I place the cool wash rag on her forehead, and over her eyes.

"Ahh, that feels good." She said as she pressed the wash rag down on her eyes.

"Do you need anything else?"

"I'm good, but can you stay?"

"Of course." I sat down at her desk and browse Instagram. I look up from my phone when I hear gagging. I react immediately, taking y/n over to the toilet, and holding her hair up. She vomits up what seems to be ramen and slides back into my arms. You're wondering whether to ask if Max pulled out or not. Ah fuck it.

"Did Max pull out?" I question as I pat her back.

"Yes." She answered her voice a little weak.

I take her into my arms and hug her, she needed that. I picked her up again and laid her back on the sofa. I went into her kitchen and poured her some tap water.

"Here, wash some of that vomit back down." I say handing her the tap water.

"Thanks Joji." She lets out a faint smile as I go back to the desk chair.

"Hey its getting a bit dark. Do you want me to stay?" I question looking over a her.

"Stay please." She smiles.

"Ok." I pick y/n up and put her on the bed. She sighs and hugs me.

"I'll be on the couch if you need me." I say walking over to the couch that y/n was laying on earlier.

I didn't really get much sleep that night, I frequently got up to check on y/n, and text Max. Over the night her temperate seemed to get steady. I slipped out of her dorm at about 2am. I walked two flights of stairs to my own dorm and crashed on the bed, immediately passing out. I was tired.

Your POV:

You prop yourself up in your bed. You looked around for Joji but he seemed to not be there.

"I guess he left." You sigh as you run your fingers through your hair.

You get out a bowl and pour some cereal and milk in. You grab a spoon from the utensils draw and sit down at the table, alone. Your face lit up when you got a text message, from Max.

Max: Good morning baby girl. Feel any better today?

Y/N: Yeah my fever seemed to have left. I miss you.

Max: I miss you too, don't worry though I'll be home around 10pm.

Y/N: I can't wait to see you.

Max: I know.

(Time skip to 9:35pm)

You pace around your dorm hoping the Max will open the door at any second. You sigh and lay down on your bed. You hear the doorknob open.

"Baby?" You hear Max's voice.

You jump out of bed and rush over to hug him. You jump into his arms, and burry your face in his chest.

"I missed you." Max said, as he grabbed your ass.

"I miss you too baby." You whisper in his ear.

Max carries you over to the bed ad lies you down, kissing you. Max unbuttons his shirt, and you take off your hoodie. Max turns off the lamp and things start to heat up..
