Part30

To be honest it was kinda boring without Luke, he kept everyone up on there feet, mainly cause we had to chase him when he's hyper and stuff. He was home in a couple hours anyway which was good for us, mostly me cause that meant I have someone to mess around with because everyone is so busy lately.

I wandered around the top floor of the house just looking for something to do really, this place is so freaking huge I bet there is like secret doors everywhere, I just need to find them. I let my wolf instincts take over for a bit because hell, it's so hard to hold them back and it means I can look for stuff a lot easier. "Okay, let's go" I said quietly to myself as I followed my nose to different places in the house.

I've only ended up in the boys rooms smelling dirty socks. EW. I guess my instincts aren't very accurate. I slumped myself down a wall annoyed that I'm bored as hell and laid in the middle of the hallway. That's when I noticed a hatch on top of the ceiling facing me, I looked at it for a moment inspecting my findings. When I noticed a cord on a hook that must pull the hatch down, I looked around for something to climb on but couldn't find anything. I was just about to go into one of the boys rooms to see if they had anything when a blonde dude jumped on me.

"Ouch" I mumbled as I smirked at luke. "You just full tackled me to the ground dude" I continued, running my head as I sat up. He got up and helped me up along with him. "Sorry, I just missed my buddy that's all" he smiled. I smiled  back, but my eyes wandered up towards the hatch on the ceiling, Luke must have followed my eyes and noticed what I was staring at. "Dude what's that?" Luke asked puzzled. "I though you'd know, you've lived here longer than I have" I said  confused. He shook his head and traced the hatch lightly with his finger tips, he's a lot taller than me so he could reach.

"Maybe we should check it out" I said staring up at luke. He pondered the idea in his head, along with showing weird facial expressions along with it. "I'm not sure... I mean what happens if there is like some hobo in there, he'll steal my socks" luke pouted. I giggled at his idea. "Hey dude, watch it ash is coming up the stairs" Luke warned. We both moved away from the hatch and walked quickly over to the other end of the hallway. "Lukeeeee bro, I missed ya when you'd get back?" Ash said running up to Luke and hugging him. "10 minutes ago, I didn't see anyone downstairs so I came to look for Y/N" Luke smiled pulling away from Ashton's hug. "Where is everyone anyway" Luke continued. "Oh they've just gone to the park, Calum needed some fresh air or something" ash said walking back down the hall, probably off to his room.

When we heard the door close we walked slowly over to the hatch and inspected it best way we could without opening it, It was too risky with ash in the room a few doors down. "Hey Y/N, someone must have used this hatch recently" Luke spoke. "Why?" I questioned. Luke scraped his finger across the hatch. "It's not dusty, whereas the other parts of the ceilings are" I listened to what Luke said and it made me wonder.

"So what do we do now?"
