The Seer (Continuing Series)

Chapter 4: Meeting Scarecrow

I took a step back as I saw the being, it appeared to be female. She has strange skin that looked like the fabric used to create a scarecrow, long black hair, stiches at the joint areas of her body and cloth wrapping on her forearms with straw sticking out at both ends, also on her forelegs with straw sticking out on both ends as well and feet. Wore a brown dress with no sleeves and was down about above her knees, but openings on the waist sides as if the clothing was ripped off.

She held in one of her hands a scythe with a sharp blade, I soon decided to speak to her.

"Woah ! You startled me ! Who are you ?"

Then she replied to me.

"You call me Scarecrow. Pleased to meet you." "I was sent with very important orders to collect you. Now I really hope that we won't have to do this the unpleasant way. So would you kindly come with me ?"

"oh...wait. Did the tall, faceless man send you ?"

"Tall faceless man ?" "-Ah ! You mean the Slender Man ! Uh...yes ! It was INDEED he who sent me ! He's terribly sorry he couldn't be here himself, but he's stuck with some urgent matters. So we'd better be off !"

Soon I started to get suspicious of Scarecrow, the strange feeling in my gut grew even more and continued talking to her.

"No offense, but I'm not so sure. I'd have thought that he would have at least told me about other proxies. I'll tell you what. I'll go with you if I can find  that Jeff guy first. Technically, I wasn't even supposed to go anywhere without him."

Scarecrow began to get angry at me and looked like she was about ready to kill me, the feeling in my gut continued to grow more and more.

"Must you really be so difficult ?! I told you that it's very urgent, and we must go now !"

"Woah. Chill out ! I said I'm not going anywhere until I find Jeff !"

She started to raise her scythe.

"That's it ! I TOLD you that I didn't want to do this the unpleasant way !" "But you have done everything in your power to leave me NO CHOICE !"

Soon out of nowhere Masky came and slam himself against Scarecrow, stopping her from attacking. When he did, it made her "eek" in surprise. Scarecrow fell to the ground and her right arm torn open, making straw come out of it. She gasped in shock and picked some of it up, her face sadden a bit.

"O-Oh no !  Look at what you've done to me !"

Then she turned back to pissed off.

"I'll bleed you DRY for this you miserable little cretin !"

But Scarecrow turned her attention towards me and smiled with a evil grin.

"But first I'm going to teach this little tart a lesson in obedience~" "Lord Zalgo only said he needed her alive. He never mentioned what condition... Or how many limbs needed to be in tact for that matter..."

I gasped in fear and Scarecrow started to come towards me with her scythe ready, she attack me or kill me. Masky saw it and suddenly disappeared, then reappeared behind Scarecrow in the air.
