(Joey's POV)
Shane and I started walking to school. I thought about what he said to me before. When I ask why those two boys attacked Shane and he responded with "because of who I am". I don't get what he means by that. I guess I could ask him now.
Joey: Hey Shane ?
Shane: Yea?
Joey: Yesturday, when I ask why those two guys where hitting you, you said because of who you are. What do you mean by that ?
Shane: Well, I'm... gay.
Joey: Oh.
(Shane's POV)
I probably just ruined another friendship. Joey probably hates me now.
Joey: Well I am too.
Did he really just say that ? My heart just dropped. If we're both gay they maybe we could date. Maybe later I could tell him that I like him.
Shane: Oh.
The rest of the way to school we just got to know each other better. When we arrived at school we both split our seperate ways to our lockers.
