*A Week Later*
(Shane's POV)
This morning I wasn't feeling well. I asked my mom if I could stay home. She said okay then lectured me about not letting anyone in the house, have my phone near me at all times, stuff like that. I was so happy I could stay home . Ever since Joey beat the crap out of Anthony, they've been bullying me when Joey's not around. I think they do that because if Joey was around they'd be afriad he would beat them up.
I soon got bored and text Joey, even though he's most likely in the middle of class.
Shane: hey
Joey: hi. y arent u at school ?
Shane: not feeling good :(
Joey: aww :( want me to come over after school
Shane: yes pwease. wyd
Joey: listening to this BORING lesson. hbu
Shane: laying in bed sick.
Joey: oh yea. well i have to switch classes so ttyl.
Shane: okay. love you <3
Joey: <3 u 2
Shane: thats cute
Joey: ik.
Well now I have nothing else to do.
(Joey's POV)
As I was leaving class Sawyer stopped me at the door.
Sawyer: Joey right ?
Joey: Yea. Not to be rude but, why are you talking to me ?
Sawyer: Last week you beat the hell out of Anthony.
Joey: So...
Sawyer: Well I was thinking about ditching him and since your much stronger and intimidating than he ever was, I wanted to know if you want to be his replacement.
Joey: What makes you think I would wanna join your side ?! Your bullying people and hurting them. Most importantly your hurting Shane, my best friend. You treat him like crap and I wouldn't want to be a jerk that does the same thing. So my answer's no.
After that I walked away.
I wish I didn't have to call Shane my best friend. I want to be able to call him my boyfriend, kiss him, and hold hands in public but I guess I have to wait untill Shane's ready to come out.
On my way to class I saw Tyler. We talked almost all day, barely paying attention in the classes we had together. We ate lunch then we didn't see each other until the end of the day.
(Tyler's POV)
Me and Joey spent the rest of the first half of the day together. We talked pretty much all day. I... I think I kind of like him. But it doesn't matter anyway because he's dating Shane and they're my friends. That would be wrong.
Joey and I went to lunch then went our seperate ways until the end of the day.
Joey: I'm walking today so see ya tomorrow.
Tyler: Bye.
I was really looking foward to riding the bus with Joey but I guess I'll have to wait another day.
(Shane's POV)
I was waiting for Joey to come over. I was extra bored. 15 minutes later there was a knock on the door and I knew who it was.
Shane: Hi.
Joey: Hey. I was lonely without you!
Shane: But wasn't Tyler with you ?
Joey: Yea but it wasn't the same without you.
Shane: Awww.
Joey: So what do you wanna do ?
Shane: Want to just sit and watch tv ?
Joey: Sure.
Joey and I sat on the couch and watched some Japanese show. I couldn't even keep up with the subtitles. But if that's what he wanted to watch I would have to suck it up.
It got really quiet a few minutes later. We both just sat there staring at the screen. Then Joey asked me the most random question.
Joey: Shane ?
Shane: Yes ?
Joey: Was there anyone else before we started dating ?
I was lost about why he just asked me that at the most random time but I answered him and decided to ask him too.
Shane: No. Was there anyone before me ?
Joey: Nope. Your my first boyfriend.
Shane: Why did you ask anyway ?
Joey: I don't know. It just came to my head and I wanted to know.
Shane: Well I love you and only you.
Joey: I love you too.
I gave Joey a kiss on the lips for a quick second. Shockingly, he grabbed my neck and smashed his lips into mine. This soon turned into a make out session. It got really really heated.
About 30 minutes later, we were still making out. Then the door opened and my dad was standing in the doorway. I quickly backed off of Joey and we both stood up to face him. I was afriad of what he would say.
