(Joey's POV)
I woke up from my power nap. I had forgotten that Shane was here. I had to wake him up because we had school tomorrow. It was late, 6:23. I really didn't want him to leave.
Joey: Shane wake up.
Shane: I don't want to.
Joey: But you have to so get up.
Shane: Fine.
He got up for a split second and went back to sleep.
Joey: Seriously Shane. Get up.
Shane: Okay, okay.
We both got out bed and went downstairs then out the door. We walked to Shane's house. Once we got there, Shane unlocked the door.
Shane: Bye Joey.
Joey: Bye Shane.
We smiled at each other then kissed goodbye.
*next morning*
(Shane's POV)
I woke up to my annoying alarm. I was kind of upset not waking up to Joey's wonderful face but I get to see him today at school. I got showered and dressed. My mom was downstairs. She was making breakfast, pancakes. I ate, told my mom goodbye, and walked to the bus stop. When I got to the bus stop there was a boy waiting for the bus too. I didn't say anything to him though.
The bus finally came and I sat down towards the middle. Five minutes later, Joey came on the bus and sat next to me.
(Joey's POV)
Joey: Hey.
Shane: Hey. So on my way to the bus stop I saw this new kid. He's sitting right there.
He pointed to him.
Joey: Maybe we should talk to him since he's new. We could show him around the school.
Shane: Okay.
We got to school and got off the bus. We waited for the new kid to get off.
Joey: Hey.
?: Hi?
Shane: I'm Shane and this is Joey.
