Chapter 12

Sammy's POV:
I am currently at the jewelry store and its 10:30 so Sidney should still be asleep but I left a note just in case saying that I went to clear my head. The reason I am at a jewelry store is because I an planning to propose to Sidney. And yes even know we have only been together for 6 months I feel we are ready for this because she is  2 months into a pregnancy and I love her so much and want to be with her for the rest of my life she is the one and I know for sure.
Me: hi I am looking for a engagement ring.
Lady: yes sir what do you have in mind?
Me: nothing really just something that will make my girlfriend happy.
Lady: well i recommend this one.

Me: I will take it.
(At home)
I just got home and I walked up to my room and Sidney was sitting on the bed watching sponge bob. She looked over at me and smiled.
Sidney: hey baby
Me: hey gorgeous. You and your sponge bob. Haha
Sidney: hey don't hate on sponge bob he is awesome.
Me: yea yea yea haha. So babe we have a date today so go get ready because instead of dinner I'm going to take you to lunch and a movie.
The reason I changed the plans is because I'm afraid that if I wait to long I will chicken out.
Sidney: okay baby. I'm going to take a shower real quick.
Me: okay I will be down stairs with mom.
Sidney: okay luv you.
Me: luv you to baby girl.
I went downstairs and my mom was sitting on the couch.
Me: momma can I have your opinion on something.
Mom: what's up honey.
Me: okay so I know that Sidney and I have only been together for 6 months but it feels like longer and I know that she is the one. Mom I can feel it and we have a baby coming. So I want to ask her to marry me...today. What do you think?
Mom: Sammy I have been accepting of Sidney. And I love her she is like another daughter to me so yes you have my blessing. But Sammy just don't mess up okay she is fragile. She can be broken easily.
Me: yea I know that momma. But I love her so much and I just want to spend the rest of my life with her. There is just something about this girl ever since I first laid eyes on her.
Mom: well good luck honey.
Me: thank you mom.
I went upstairs to our room and went to the bathroom knocked on the door
Sidney: COME IN!
I opened the door and she was still in the shower.
Me: hey baby you almost done
Sidney: yea I'm done now.
When she said that she opened the curtain.
Can you please hand me that towel.
Me: yea. But babe you know that you are getting a baby bump. Like you have a small one now.
Sidney: yes Sam I know.
She said and walked into the room.
Me: what the fuck Sidney i was just telling you why did you get an aditude.
Sidney: I don't know Sam I just don't want to talk about my size okay
Me: yea lets just forget about today.
Sidney: Sam no I'm sorry I just am scared that when I get all fat you are going to leave me.
Me: Sidney why don't you understand that I love you for you not what you look like!
Sidney: Sammy can we not fight and just go have fun. Please.
Me: yea get dressed and let's go.
She then got dressed in

Me: you look beautiful babe
Sidney: thank you
(At the movies)
Me:What do you want to watch?
Sidney: uhh how about finding dory.
Me: okay let's go.
After we got tickets and got our seats and the previews were on Sidney looked at me with a sad look.
Me: what's wrong baby girl?
Sidney: Sammy I just don't like fighting with you and these hormones are just pissing me off because I just feel like screaming or crying. And I am constantly snapping at you and I'm honestly sorry.
Me:baby don't worry about it I understand I love you. I just want you to know that I will never leave you. And having a baby bump is normal.
Sidney: thank you baby I love you 
Me: I love you too.
(At lunch)
We have just arrived at lunch and we are at sizzler the reason I took her here is because I didn't want her to get any suspicions as of why I am taking her somewhere fancy.
Sidney: Sammy I love you so much.
Me: I love you to baby which is why I want to ask you a very special question.
Sidney: okay
I stood up and walked over to her got down on one knee.
Sidney: omg Sammy what are you doing?
Me: Sidney look I know we have only been together for 6 months but I love you so much. And we are having a baby together. Baby I want my future with you and no one else. WILL YOU MARRY ME?!
Sidney: OMG SAM YES 100x YES I LOVE YOU SO MUCH.
I grabbed her face while everyone was clapping for us and kissed her.
Me: omg I was so scared that you would say no.
Sidney: Sammy why would you think I would say no.
Me: because we have only been dating for 6 months. And I don't know if you think it's to fast or what. But all I know is that I want to spend the rest of my life with you.
Sidney: baby this is not to fast I love you so much and I can't wait to be yours forever.
I just hugged her and I paid the bill and we went home. The whole way home I was holding her thy. And we was smiling. Once we got home we went inside and my mom sprung up from the couch. And had a curious look on her face.
Me: she said yes.
Mom: yay.
Sidney: wait mom you knew.
Mom: of course I knew. Sam just told me this morning.
Sidney: I'm so happy. But I need to lay down my back is killing me.
Me: okay baby lets get you up stairs. Love you mom. And thank you for being amazing.
We went upstairs and I got her in her pajamas and in bed.
Sidney: hey baby I am so grateful for you.
Me: I'm grateful for you too baby. I can't even describe how much I love you. You are my world.
After I said that I looked up in her eyes and she had tears running down her face.
Me: aww baby I didn't want you to cry what's wrong babe.
Sidney: no no baby these are happy tears nothing's wrong I just am happy to have met a stubborn ass like you.
Me: hahha baby same here. Let's just get you to sleep okay night baby girl.
Sidney: night daddy.
Me: Shit... babe why do you do this to me
Sidney: because it's fun
