[ Chapter 6 ]

Jungkook's POV:

Ring, Ring, Ring, Ring

I turned off my alarm clock and slowly sat up. I yawned and looked at the time. It is now 7:00am as usual, the time I always wake up. I smiled as I still remember what happened yesterday

"Yah! I can't wait to go to school to see Jiminie hyung" I said to myself while stretching. I went to the bathroom and have a nice, relaxing shower. Having a shower always makes my day, it soothes me every time. After I finish showering, I hopped out of the shower, grab my towel and wrap it around my shoulder.

I look at myself in the mirror, I have never looked at myself looking happy because I always look sad every day and always put a fake smile but now everything has changed. Jimin changed my life even though we only met for a day.

I exit out of the bathroom and went to my room. I put on my outfit which is the same outfit that I wore yesterday but different colour. I then combed my hair, put on my glasses and go downstairs to eat breakfast.

As I went downstairs, I saw my lovely parents.

"Good morning mum and dad~" I sang to them. They both chuckled

"Good morning to you too." My dad said.

"Looks who is feeling excited today. What is happening today?" My mum questioned.

"Ah... It's nothing, I just can't wait to see my new friend" I sighed happily.

"That is good to hear sweety. Eat your breakfast so that your tummy will get full and you will get a lot of energy." My mum said to me. I then nodded and went to take a seat to eat my breakfast. As usual, we always talk about random stuff. I then finished my food and put my plate in the sink.

I walked over to my mum and dad and kissed them goodbye on the cheeks. And went out to go to the bus stop. I'm sure Jimin hyung will catch the bus just like yesterday.

Author's POV:

Just then the bus came, Jungkook hopped in and sit in one of the empty seats, he waited for the bus to stop at Jimin's bus stop. He can't wait to see his one and only friend Jimin.

Unfortunately, when the bus reached Jimin's stop, he wasn't there. Jungkook felt sad, he shouldn't expect Jimin to be there but anyways he gonna see Jimin at school right?

Jungkook then wonders why Jimin didn't catch the bus. Maybe his parents always drop him off at school. 

The bus stopped and have reached school. Every student went out of the bus including Jungkook and thank the bus driver for the ride.

Jungkook entered the school,  looking down while walking to his locker. 

Just then he bumped into someone. As he looked up, he just bumped into rap mon.

"hey watch it ki- Oh it's you Jungkook," Rapmon said changing his words when he realises it was Jungkook.

"Sorry Rap Mon, I didn't see you there," Jungkook said apologising to him. Jungkook then started walking backwards knowing that Namjoon is going to something to him. He then again bumped into someone, Jungkook turned around to see who it is and turns out to be Jimin.

"Sorry hyung for bumping you," Jungkook said to Jimin.

"No need to apologise" Jimin replied back to Jungkook while smiling.

Rap Monster then walked away rolling his eyes at them to meet Suga from the other side of the building. Jungkook sighed in relief.

Jungkook walked up to his locker to get his books out for his first class while Jimin whose locker is next to Jungkook, waiting for him. He closed his locker and went up to Jimin to walk to their classroom.

"Good Morning Jungkookie. Sorry, I didn't get to catch the bus with you today because I accidently overslept. So I caught the bus after that" Jimin said while scratching his neck at the back shyly. Jungkook nodded in understanding on why Jimin didn't catch the bus.

"No, it is okay hyung. You don't need to say sorry" Jungkook replied and reached the classroom. Jungkook opened the door and saw a few students. They were looking at Jungkook and Jimin with death stares like what happen yesterday. The students were whispering to each other, saying mean things about Jungkook

"I can't believe Jimin is friends with Jungkook. I feel sorry for Jimin" Jungkook heard what did they say. He pretends that he didn't hear anything and just walk to his table with Jimin. As they sat down, Jimin held Jungkook's hand under the table.

"Don't worry about it Jungkookie, ignore what they are saying and whatever happens, I will be here to protect you," Jimin whispered to Jungkook.

"whatever happens, I will be here to protect you" those words keep repeating in Jungkook's mind. 

Jungkook's face was feeling hot and he can feel his cheeks are the colour red he also felt his heart was beating really fast that he thought his heart was going to burst. He does not know why his heart was beating fast and why his cheeks were red all of a sudden.

What is the meaning of this?

Soon Jimin lets go of Jungkook hands.

A few minutes later, Mrs Kim entered the classroom through the door.

"Good Morning Class," Mrs Kim said to the class.

"Good Morning Mrs Kim" The students replied

"Today we are going to talk about........"

( 3 Hours Later )

Jungkook's POV:

"Yah! It's finally lunchtime" I said while stretching and yawning at the same time. Me and Jiminie hyung came out of the class to eat lunch! YAY FOOD!

We both quickly grab our lunch and sit on a table before everyone in this school grabs a table. We luckily got a table for us to sit in. I opened up my lunch and got lamb skewers. I then looked at what Jimin hyung has, for his lunch he has mandu (dumplings).

I then spoke, "Wow you have some yummy food there hyung."

"It is not that much" Jimin hyung replied with a chuckle.

I then got an idea

"Jiminie hyung, how about we share food," I said with a smile.

"Ok sure, I wouldn't mind," Jimin said.

We then started sharing our food. His mandu are yummy!

"Who made the mandu's? It is so yummy" I asked curiously.

He then replied back "My mum made it for me" We then started talking about random things while eating our food. "It is sure fun to have a friend to eat and talk with," I said in my head

"Hey Jungkookie, may I ask you something?" he said out of the blue

"Sure what is it Jimin hyung?"

"This weekend, would you mind if I invite you to the park near my house?"

"Sure, I would like to" I better tell my parents so that I can go.

"Oh and I forgot, my parents told me to bring you and your parents with you so that they can meet mine. okie? I will tell you the address of the park later" I nearly choked while eating my lamb skewers about his parents meeting mine.

I am going to meet Jimin's parents! We just only met for 2 days and yet he invites me and my parents to go to the park with him and his parents this weekend.

Are his parents strict? I just have to wait and see this weekend.
