The Neverland Story

Ch.2 Neverpeak mountain

(Flashback) One night in London as the stars twinkled over the city, in one of the apartment homes, a 16 year old girl with long light brown hair and beautiful green eyes went to her bay window in her night gown and opened it.

"Peter?" she called as she stuck her head out.

She waited, but nothing happened.

"Peter are you here?" she called, but still no answer.

But just when she thought he wasn't here, he suddenly popped up and into her face as she backed away surprised.

"Hey Wendy" he smiled.

"Peter don't scare me like that" Wendy said.

"Sorry, I just had to do it. Can I come in?"

She moved out of the way as he flew in. Peter Pan, who now looked 17 took a seat on Wendy's bed.

"So you like having your own room now?" he asked.

"It's not that bad actually" Wendy said "I mean I get more privacy, and you can visit without waking up John and Michael."

"How are they by the way?"

"Well Michael still sleeps with his teddy bear. I don't think he's ever going to grow out of it."

"He just doesn't want to grow up" Peter smiled.

"Speaking of grow up, is it possible for me to go to Neverland again?"

"If you want to, I can make it possible."

"So can we go to Neverland?"

Peter then stood up and faced her.

"As you wish" he smiled as she smiled back.

"And besides" he added "Alice is there."

"Really?" she gasped.

"Yeah."

"Well then sprinkle me with your pixie dust."

He smiled as he then reached into his shirt and pulled out a small bottle of pixie dust that hung around his neck on a string. He then opened it and poured some into his hand and sprinkled it over Wendy. She then began to think happy thoughts as she started to rise.

"Come on" Peter held out his hand as she took it as they flew out the window.

They then began to fly over London while still holding hands, and soon they flew straight towards the second star to the right. And after a moment, they were now in Neverland. Peter and Wendy then flew into the island where they landed in the Lost Boys campsite.

"Where are the boys?" Wendy asked.

"I'll call them" Peter said as he cupped his hands over his mouth and made a loud bird call.

And at that point, the Lost Boys, who were younger than Peter came out from their tree houses and saw them.

"Hey Peter's back!" Slightly exclaimed "And he's brought Wendy!"

The boys then climbed down their houses and went up to Peter and Wendy.

"It's good to have the both of you back" Curly said to them.

"Do you have more stories for us?" Tootles asked Wendy.

"Of course I do" Wendy smiled "But first off, where's Alice?"

"I'm here!" Alice called from a tree house.

They watched as 16 year old Alice grabbed a rope that hung from a tree and swung down and onto the ground.

"It's good to see you again Wendy" she smiled as they went into a hug.

Alice Liddell was a good friend of Peter and Wendy, Peter had first met her when he was about 13 when he returned to England after his first visit of Neverland. The two have become great friends since, and he introduced Alice to Wendy later on.

"How are things in Wonderland?" Wendy asked.

"Oh strange as always" Alice smiled.

"How's the Queen of Hearts?"

"Still hates my guts" she smirked.

"So Wendy" Nibs said "You have some stories to tell us?"

"I do" Wendy said with a small smile "But I think I should tell it tonight, like around a campfire."

"Oo" the twins said amused "Sounds fun."

"Well in that case" Peter said as he turned to Wendy "I got something I want to show you."

And with that he grabbed her hand as they flew into the sky.

"They're so cute" Alice smiled "Why don't they just get married already?"

"Aren't they a bit young for that?" Slightly asked.

"Yeah" she sighed.

Peter and Wendy flew over Neverland until they came upon a tall mountain.

"This is called Neverpeak mountain" Peter said "It's the highest mountain in Neverland."

They then landed on top of Neverpeak mountain.

"This is what I wanted to show you" he said as he turned her around.

Wendy gave a small gasp at what she saw, she could see all of Neverland, the mermaid lagoon, the pirate ship, the natives camp, it was truly a beautiful sight.

"Basically at the top of Neverpeak mountain" Peter said "You can see all of Neverland."

"It's so beautiful" Wendy smiled as she admired the view.

As Peter watched her admire the view, he slowly started to put his arm around her waist, hoping that she wouldn't mind it. But as he finally did it, Wendy then put her head on his shoulder with a small smile on her face. Peter felt surprised at what she was doing, but he then smiled as he held onto her. And as he was doing so, the more he felt his feelings for her rise.

But down on land, Peter's enemy, Captain James Hook was heading down the forest along with his first mate Smee when he spotted something on top of the mountain. He pulled out his telescope and looked through it to see Peter and Wendy at the top.

"Well what do you know" he smirked "Ol Pan's back, and he's brought his lady."

"Again?" Smee said.

"It appears so" Hook said as he continued to look through the telescope "And they seem to be having a romantic time, how cute, it disgusts me."

As Hook continued to watch, he watched as Peter and Wendy then started to fly off.

"Now where are they going?" he wondered.

"Should we follow them?" Smee asked.

"Sure why not?"

And with that the two started to see where Peter and Wendy were going.
