Elizabeth sat crossed legged in a chair, explaining everything to the group of girls. "I promise I'll be back. Just wait for me." She turned to Amelia, "I don't want you coming along. It's much too dangerous."
"But-"
"No." This wasn't up for negotiation. Elizabeth didn't want anyone to die on her watch.
Elizabeth gathered her things and rushed home. It was very late, but she should be able to sneak into the mansion. Elizabeth ran to the door. Dammit! It's locked. She ran around the house for another way in. She managed to sneak into a first story window and silently get to her room.
It took her this long to realize that she was extremely tired. It must have been 2 am by now. Much past when she was normally awake. She laid down on her soft bed and closed her eyes.

The next day was filled with anxiety and anticipation. She hadn't a clue what Emerson was planning, nor what he had planned to do with any of the strippers.
'He'll probably just be a human trafficker, like all the rest,' Lucille stated boredly. 'Whenever a woman is involved, it seems to always play out that way.'
Elizabeth grimaced. 'What a sick world we live in. Half the population is thought of as property. And yet we are expected to relish in being the property of a rich man. We're but slaves without the collar.'
'Careful now, you're sounding like your fiancé.' Elizabeth smirked.
'Well I had a great teacher on the ways of the world. Did Ciel really never think things like all his depressing out loud monologues and the Campania never had an effect on me?'
'Weren't you involved in a star cult, or something or other?'
'I don't like to talk about that.'
The late hours rolled around and Elizabeth feigned retiring to bed. She pulled on her bodysuit and a rather cheap looking dress. She began to carefully climb out the window. She gripped the vines and bricks tightly, a fall from the third floor was sure to hurt. The fact that it was night didn't make this process any easier.
'Why don't you just fly down?' Lucille asked.
'Haha, very funny,'Elizabeth sarcastically replied. 'How stupid do you think I am?'
Lucille chuckled. 'Why do you think everything I say is a lie, and pretty stupid.' She teased.
Elizabeth rolled her eyes. 'Because I know what you'd do for your science and I'm not taking a risk.'
'Probably a wise choice.' Lucille joked. Elizabeth finished climbing down and ran through the courtyards. She wasn't exactly sure of the time, but she hoped she could make it to the Thames. Elizabeth had gained inhuman endurance and speed from her merge with Lucille, but she still wasn't stupid enough to fall for Lucille's tricks.
She finally arrived at, what she believed to be, the correct factory. There wasn't many abandoned factories on the Thames, so it was easy enough to find. 'You're sure this is the correct one?' Elizabeth asked, hesitantly.
'Yes, I can feel exactly two presences. It's likely that he has a partner. Be careful.' Elizabeth nodded.
Elizabeth tapped her foot impatiently, waiting for the right time. Big Ben screamed his usual midnight bells. Elizabeth made her way to the doors of the factory. She gently pushed her way in. "Hello?"
