Chapter 12: The Big Day Part 2 (FINAL)

Sitting at the piano, Eren began to play the wedding march as you entered the room. Everyone was there smiling at me, happy that I had finally found peace and hoping that Levi was going to be a little easier on them now. As I continued to march down the isle, I saw my mother and father in their Survey Corp uniforms smiling at me, tears in their eyes. They looked so real, yet so transparent. I blinked, trying to stop the tears that threatened to fall, and they were gone. I turn my focus in front of me to find that Levi was actually smiling in a black tux. I smiled back as I continued down the isle, eventually standing besides Levi as a priest began the ceremony.

"Dearly beloveds, we are gathered here to day under the bond of true love that has graciously blessed these two. May swift winds carry them on their journey together." The priest then turns to me. "Do you (Y/n) take Levi to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?" Without hesitation I say my "I do." Levi's eyes sparkled as I said that, and the priest then turned to him. "And do you Levi, take (Y/n) to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?". "Levi looks at me, smiling even more "I do.". The priest then smiles and turns to face us both.

"Then I now pronounce you man and wife, you may kiss the bride."

Levi swoops me up in his arms, and passionately kisses me as the survey corp members and Wendy cheer. As we pull away, I can't help but blush and let out a huge grin, knowing that my parents would have been so proud. "I'll love you forever (Y/n) Ackerman." Levi says also smiling and blushing. "And I will love you forever Levi Ackerman." I say as we join hands and walk back down the isle, smiling as we passed the cheering crowd.

We all move into a different room where a huge white wedding cake stood as well as many white tables. A rather long table with a white cloth draped over it was set out for Levi and I as well as Wendy, Erwin and Hanji. Everyone filled in as Levi and I approached the heavenly cake. We both grab the cake slicer and cut the first piece together and everyone cheers. Levi picks us a fork, cutting away a small piece of cake and motions for me to open my mouth. He feeds men the cake, and I do the same to him. Amin comes over and begins to cut cake for everyone as we all take our seats with Levi and I sitting in the middle of the long table.

A few members come around with wine for everyone, and Erwin respectfully clinks his glass as he stands, getting everyone's attention. "I've know Levi ever since he first came to us, a real troublemaker as some of you may remember," He says chuckling, earning a few laughs and a small glare from Levi. "But he quickly turned into the bravest man I've ever met. Years later, it was brought to my attention that a certain cadet had been preforming and growing at an amazing rate, quickly becoming top of her class. As soon as we got to camp, and I finally met her, I never figured she would steal the heart of the most emotionless man I've ever met. A toast to (Y/n) for doing the impossible, a toast to Levi for learning how to love again, and a huge toast to the newly weds. May their blades never break and may their slices always be precise." And with that, the crowd erupted into a huge cheer as I hug Erwin, tears streaming down my face. Levi smiles and goes to shake Erwin's hand, who pulls him into a hug as well. They both laugh, and everyone continues to enjoy the cake.

Soon Hanji was also calling for everyone's attention... by screaming at the top of her lungs to quiet down. Everyone stares at her looking a little afraid until she actually starts to speak. "I always had so much fun making shorty here annoyed, and I laughed at how he would chase me. I thought 'How is this loser ever gonna get a girl?'. And then my best bud (Y/n) here came along and broke down shorty's walls. I gotta say Levi, she's a keeper, and if you ever hurt her I'll feed you to my babies. But in all seriousness, I love you both, and I wish you the best of luck on your journey together!" Hanji says smiling, and tackles Levi and I into a hug. We both laugh, and then it was time to throw the bouquet.

As I walked onto a small platform set out for me, I saw that all the girls, including Wendy, had walked behind me, hoping to be the next one to get married. I close my eyes, and skillfully toss the flowers behind my head, turning to see everyone fighting to get them. A hand quickly grabs the flowers, and everyone turns to see Mikasa blushing, flowers in hand. Everyone cheers, and Jean tries to kiss her, only to be pulled back by Eren who then kisses Mikasa. I laugh at the scene, and A band begins to play a slow song. Levi and I take to the floor, and enjoy our first dance as a couple as everyone else stood around us beaming.

The night continued with dancing and a lot of food for Sasha and Connie, and was the most memorable night of my life. Levi loved me so much, and I never felt happier to love him back."

I finish the tale, turning to my now smiling daughter with her long black hair. Her little 5 years old hands clapping. "Yay! Good story mama!" She cheers, and I pick her up giggling. "Well that's the story of how Daddy and I meet!" I say, kissing her on the nose causing her to giggle. Levi walks in, and I set our daughter down. "DADDY!" She cheers as she runs to him. He quickly picks her up and spins her around. "Well hello my little titan hunter! What were you two doing?" He says laughing, quickly kissing me. "Mama was telling me how you two meet!" She said smiling. "Oh did she now? How about we all go play outside?" He says looking at me laughing. "I think our little Amethyst would love that!" I say, linking arms with him and heading out the door.

Amethyst quickly runs ahead of us to the grassy field, spinning around and laughing. "I always told myself that I would give my child a free home, and we did it (Y/n), together." Levi says looking at me warmly smiling. "We beat the titans for her, and now, we're all free." I say kissing him, as all our friends come into view. Amethyst runs over to them, and quickly begins to play with them. Levi and I laugh, quickly going to join our little daughter.

Life was never better for the both of us.
