The day was quite uneventful after that. Evening came quickly and the adults decided it would be a great idea for everyone to have a little fun and dance in the living room. "Go and have fun Ora" I said "Alright. But you're coming with me" she said. "Uhm no. I don't dance" "Sure you do" she said pulling me. "I really don't dance. Go on and dance. I'll record everyone dancing". She finally gave up and went to dance.
I wasn't exactly a bad dancer actually, I was just always to shy to dance in public. Including my family. Extended family actually. My siblings have seen me dance. They keep trying to assure me that I'm not as bad as I think, but I'm not someone that you can just convince. I'm a bit... Stubborn.
It was getting pretty late so everyone decided to retire for the night. Ora hugged me goodbye as she went to her house and Ekene did the same. As I was heading to my room, there was only one sentence in my head.
