I ran. I f**king ran. I had already tied my cloth and shifted to my wolf .Why would I stay?. Who wouldn't run if they found out they were mated to the devil himself. As soon as I ran out I kept on running . I eventually stopped when I got to a clearing. How could I be mated to such beast ''Not possible , just not possible''I kept repeating to myself . Alpha Hault,the deadliest,scariest,most ruthless Alpha ever lived . Agreed I don't know him but I know those that know him and the things they say are not good at all. He kills for the fun of it. He is merciless to the core.

I stayed at the same spot for an hour before jasmine mindlinked me ''Hey girl, where the hell are you we're dead worried''. ''Don't worry I'm coming home already'' I started running home . I wanted to ask if alpha Hault was there but I changed my mind. As soonas I got to the packhouse and I changed and wore my clothes I went in.i suddenly sensed tension in the air as everybody kept on giving me pitiful stare. I sighed as I went up to my bedroom. Jasmine was already there. I ran to hug her ''it's okay sky it's okay''. She kept on stroking my hair. Since skyler joined the pack 5 months ago I developed a certain liking even before I found out she was my brother's mate. I was really going to miss her ''Jasmine,where did I go wrong'' She looked confused for a minute ''how did I ever offend the moon goddess ?'' I didn't even realize when the tears came rolling down . Jasmine wiped the tear away and looked at me '' don't blame her. I'm pretty sure she has a perfectly good reason for putting you two together'' She was about to continue but Darel knocked to tell me my brother wanted to see me. I hugged jasmine before heading for my brother's office. I knocked because I head other voices in his office ''come in'' I head my brother's deep voice. I walked in to see my brother looking sternand another guy. I didn't know him but I could feel the power radiating off from him so I slightly bowed I respect and he did the same even though I didn't understand why''Beta Collins,beta of Silver Moon. My Alpha would like to see you''.He made it sound nice. I looked at my brother but I couldn't quite picture what he was thinking ''I looked over at him ''please can you give us some time alone'' he nodded and left us in the office. It was silent for a while before I heard my brother clear his throat 'I'm sorry skyler . there was nothing I could do'' I looked up and saw the pain in his eyes ''no, no , it's not your fault . If you tried to disobey him it might result in war.'' He looked at me like he wanted extra assurance ''you fine with it?'' I tried to put up a smile '' Sure besides how bad could it be?'' . I knew the answer it could be really really bad. There was a knock on the door and beta Collins came in ''I'm afraid we have to leave''. I nodded and went to pack my bag

''I'm really going to miss you sky. Make sure you link me at least twice a day'' I chuckled as jas mine said that before giving her my final hug. I went to my brother and ruffled his hair ''take care'' I nodded as he told me . I entered the car taking one last look at my family,the family I've come to know, jace and jasmine. All through the ride nothing was said. We eventually got there after 4 hours. I sighed MY DOOM

Dun dun dun . Shannell sang in my ear. I chukled before looking at the building in front of me . the driver packed the car in the garage. I could already see other different cars and different models. As soon as I got down I kept on staring at the different cars, even the ones in my alpha's house were not this much. I guess the beta noticed me staring because he chuckled. I was about to get my luggage from the boot when the beta stopped me '' never mind that, a pack member will bring it in'' I nodded as I took in his features. He is slightly taller than me, black hair, brown eyes and he was muscular he actually looks kind of hot ''Skyler!'' shannell snapped at me. I guess she was pissed off that I thought of another guy as hot. I sighed as the beta lead the way.

As soon as I entered I gasped . like seriously how much does this guy have. I took in the living room as the beta went upstairs. There were two huge chandeliers hanging above me and a huge plasma tv . I was about to move into another room when I heard the beta chuckled. He must have been surprised at the way I was checking things out ''the alpha would like to see you'' I nodded. I felt shivers up my spine as I followed the beta upstairs. As soon as we got to the front of a room the scent hit me again and I felt more nervous than ever. He looked at me and urged me to open the door before turning back to go downstairs.
