How does he expect me to go back. He definitely has to be crazy. The challenge was to get a flag. I kept on running till I surprisingly got to the flag.

I was just about to pick it when I heard a twig snap "you really didn't think it was going to be easy did you?". I looked at Eve, somehow Jayden put her in his group. Before I knew it she stripped and shifted to her wolf.

Being a beta blood carrier I shifted almost immediately. Eve lunged at me but I dodged her. I tried to hit her but I missed, I eventually tackled her. After struggling for a while she eventually gave up and howled signifying that the challenge was over.

I shifted before picking the flag and running to the common ground. As soon as I got there all the wolves were already there. I heard a growl and a turned to look at an angry looking Alpha. I pretended not to see him giving me a deathly stare.

After a while courtesy of Eve I met most of the pack members. We were still chatting when I heard Jayden growled "Everybody gather round, we're done for today so you may all return to your various homes" he gave me a sort of 'including you' look but I looked away.

I stayed for a while before Eve tapped me " sorry miss I was wondering how long you were planning on staying here" I laughed before dragging her behind a tree so that we could shift.

As soon as we got home, we shifted back and dressed before walking in to see Tyler "hey, Tyler, what's with the face?" Eve asked him "Well, Jayden wants to see you, he sort of looks pissed off" I rolled my eyes and went upstairs.

I knocked on his office door and I heard his sexy voice "come in". as soon as I walked in, I saw him looking outside the window. I didn't know if I was meant to sit so I just stood up "What took you so long?"

"I was discussing somethings" as soon as I said that, he walked up to me and started sniffing me like he wanted to find out something "I thought I told you to change" his voice started becoming sweet, husky and intoxicating

"I,I um...." I didn't know what to say as he started trailing kisses to my shoulder. After a while he stopped and went back to the window.

"Don't let it repeat itself, you can go" f**k. I was actually enjoying it. How dare he tease me. Oh God I'm starting to get tired of the way he treats me as his slave. We're mates for crying out loud.

As soon as I left the Alpha's room, I went straight to the kitchen to fix something to eat. I sat down to eat when Eve came in "Skyler, I've been looking everywhere for you, I'm going out with Tyler but I won't be long" I nodded as she raced out of the kitchen.

As soon as I was done eating I remembered I had a phone that I can use to call my brother. It feels like forever since I last saw him. I went to pick my phone and I dialed him. I soon heard jasmine's voice "Hello who is this" I decided to pull her legs since she didn't know it was me(I changed my phone the day before the whole mate rubbish happened and I forgot to give them my new number)

"a friend of Jace, please can I speak to him, I want to thank him for last night and if he's unavailable do tell him I really like the birth mark at his back"

"What?!" by now I could sense her wolf surfacing I had to stop myself from laughing into the phone "Jason Nathaniel Crox, get you ass downstairs" by now I knew I had to tell her it was a joke if not she would most likely slap him and believe me when I tell you that girl's hand is freaking hard

"Jazz, calm down it's me Skyler" her wolf seemed to calm down at that "oh hey Sky wait a minute how do I know you're Skyler?"I rolled my eyes even though I knew she couldn't see me

"Seriously? I changed my phone and I forgot to tell you guys and besides who else knows Jason's birth mark except me and you"

"I'm fine" I could hear Jasmine telling him to calm down "you think he could let us visit?"jasmine asked this time

"Fine, I'll talk to you lovebirds later" "okay" after I cut the phone, I went out of my room . I went upstairs to his office when I felt a pain in my chest. As soon as I got closer to his office, I heard moans coming from the room opposite his office.

I moved closer. I might have heard wrong "uhn, baby" how dare she call him that. My wolf felt stung 'how could he' shannell kept repeating over and over as I walked back to my room. I changed the password to my brother's name and locked the door before pouring my heart out
