Second person P.O.V.

Everyone thought April was gone forever well hell she was but we all thought that. When I took it upon myself to look at the footage in the classroom she died in. It all staged that she jumped up and hung herself on the jacket hanger. But common fucking since a person can't even jump that high let alone a werewolf. We can climb that high but we can't jump that high Alpha or not. But that's just what people assumed. I checked the original footage that had been burned but apparently they didn't burn it good enough because I worked my way around the scratches and burns.

The real footage showed April walking to the bathroom but got snatched and pulled into the classroom. She bit down on the person's hand and they let her go. She backed away but looked like she was in deep thought. Then it hit me that maybe she was trying to get her "mate" to come save her. Then her whole body went still and her head hung low. This proved my second theory about this mystery that she swapped bodies with Xavier because the footage in the gym dictated that Xavier was in cheating but I knew April well and I knew she wouldn't kill herself over something like that. So I looked over the footage of the classroom again and it looked blurry but you could see April snap out of it and get slung across the room diving the jacket hanger into her chest.

"I KNEW IT!!" I screamed throughout my dorm but I quickly calmed down and reversed the video a bit to get the blurred spots out of it I kind of tweaked it just a bit to finally get it clear as day. I downloaded the video on a flash drive and then picked up the keys to head to Clair's house.

I rang the doorbell three times but nobody answered so I was just about to turn around but the door open and there stood Clair sobbing.

"I don't want anyone here go away!" she sniffed and was about to close the door but I stuck my foot right there.

"Hi I know you don't want anyone here but I'm Valencia Valentine and I was in April's pack." I hold out my hand and she shakes it but frowns and started to close the door again but I quickly say "I have the real footage of what happened to our Alpha, Clair."

"YOU WHAT!?" she screams with her eyebrows raised higher than the skyscrapers.

"Well I could explain to you right here or you are you going to let me in?" I ask impatiently.

"Yeah sure come in." she says and opens the door to her home. She guides me to her living room and I sit down while clutching my purse.

"So, why did you come to me in the first place?" she asks

"Well I'm sorry that it took a whole month to repeat, recognize, and recoup that footage but it's all worth it just listen. I came to you because you have hope. You are thw only one who still believes April didn't kill herself" I explain

"Yes that is true but the footage-" I cut her off

"The footage was staged. I have the real footage that was burned and replaced!" I say in a hushed tone.

"If the footage was staged then where is the real one?" she stands up and starts pacing around the living room.

"It's here in my purse. I want to show it to you so at least you will believe me." I say it quietly and then I take out my computer and plug in the flash drive where it shows April walking to the bathroom.

"This is true because now I get it. April was too strong to kill herself over that slime ball Xavier!" she yells while clenching her fists. " I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THE MOMENT SHE LEFT THE FUCKING GYM SHE WAS IN TROUBLE! THIS IS ALL MY FAULT!" she shouts. "DAMN IT TO THINK I BELIEVED SHE COMMITTED SUICIDE! I'm so dumb I lost hope in my best friend. We were best friends since we could grow cranes even she would haven't given up on me if I would have "died" . I lost hope I thought my best friend was gone." she says quietly through tears. I finish showing her the video. She cries and cries.

" From my study of vampires and werewolves, if a vampire bites a werewolf and injects the venom in that werewolf it can be toxic and kill the werewolf so is it vise versa. But April was immune to the venom. Matter of fact the venom heightened her powers. So that can only mean one thing-" I get cut off by her gasping and saying "She's not dead. She's not a werewolf anymore. She's a blood sucker now. A vampire. I don't even know how."

"Me neither but if it's as I predicted, when April gets back, she's not going to be the same April she was when you met her 19 years ago. She's going to still have her memory, her powers, and some powers she hasn't discovered yet. The April you knew is dead." I manage to say through tears.

It's settled, April Firehouse is dead......

Sorry for the short chapter but it was kind of a filler because I got so excited that I had to right two chapters in one day.......!!!!

Pay close attention to the next chapter because this will be in April's pov and yeah the mystery person who knew April got murdered was Valencia Valentine. You will find out more about her later on in the book. ;)
