Words can burn
They can burn through the skin and seep into the core of your emotions
Poisoning you until you feel nothing but numbness
Words have the ability to wound and scar
They have so little meaning but so much power to destroy the source of life deep within you
Words are like missiles
High speed aiming to injure and annihilate .
Wiping out everything in its path .
