Today Ashton asked me to be his girlfriend.

At first I was afraid. Afraid of catching feelings, only to end up hurt. Afraid that he'll make me forget you.

But I love him, Luke.

So I said yes.

I'm not alone in this world. He knows the pain that I've felt. He knows what it's like to cry yourself to sleep because you miss someone.

He knows what it's like to feel alone and empty. And that's a feeling that I never want again. And it won't happen again as long as I have the stupid boy with crazy hair.

I told him our whole story today. He called it a beautiful tragedy.
