-The Present-

It's been days since I've seen Zane, I don't know what happened but we kind of grew apart. I hang out with Garroth still but that's it. Today I'm going to a festival with Garroth. Don't worry, I'm still Zane's girlfriend, but It's just different somehow. There was a knock on the door and I heard it open and close. I look down the stairs and see a man in a coat with a hood, I could barely see his face. Mother walked into my sight and she gave the man a piece of paper, as he turns to leave I see his hair. Black hair? Why does that seem familiar. I started to list off the people I knew that had black hair. Darn, I know a lot of people with black hair.

Mother yelled to me after the person left, and I ran back into my room then I responded "Yeah, mom?!" I shouted down the hallway, the sound traveled around the whole house. "You have to leave soon, right?!" I panicked and got ready. As I searched my drawers for a nice dress. I finally found a white dress just above my knees, I put some tights on along with a coat and a scarf. I ran down the stairs and ran into the door. I quickly got up and rubbed my head. I looked at the clock, 3:30. I quickly put my brown boots on and ran out the door running to the Ro'Meaves' house.

I knocked on the door and it quickly opened scaring me "Sorry, I'm late aren't I?" he didn't respond. I looked up to see Garroth running around inside his house "Umm... Hello?" I knocked on the door frame trying to at least get someones attention. "Oh! Sorry, I'm just rushing to get ready." He came out the door and closed it behind him "But I'm ready now!" his face turned a little shade of pink. Does Garroth have feelings for me? Nah (E/C) you're going crazy. "Good, I not the only one!" I said aloud. Garroth rubbed the back of his neck and took a deep breath "Uh, you look beautiful tonight" we started to walk to the festival. I let out a sigh "Garroth! I have a boyfriend!" I nudged his arm. "Yeah, I know. But you still look nice" we started to laugh at the awkwardness.

As we arrived at the festival I looked around and my eyes landed on the cotton candy stand "Garroth! The cotton candy stand!" I squealed. I grabbed his arm and ran over to the stand "Garroth! Can I get some! PLEEEEEAAASE?!" I gave him my puppy dog eyes and stuck out my bottom lip. Garroth let out a deep sigh "Fine.... But only one!" he put up one finger and gave the man of the stand cash. "Thank you so much! I could kiss you!" after I said 'I could kiss you' everything just went silent. I got my cotton candy and for about 30 minutes was just awkward silence. I broke the awkward silence "So, Garroth. I know you like me, but I'm dating Zane and I mean it's not that I don't like you, because I do!"

Garroth's face turned a deep red "Well, Umm we should get going" he put his hand on the side of his neck "Its getting late anyway" I nodded and we started to go home. We arrived at my house "I..I had fun Garroth. Thank you for taking me, I needed some fun time" I walked up to my door and Garroth started to walk off. Garroth turned around "Wait, (E/C), have you seen Zane?" I shook my head "Ok, well I'll keep looking." Zane is missing? Garroth walked off. I went inside and went into my room. Laying on my bed I looked up at the ceiling "Another long day without Zane" I sighed and fell asleep.

I'M BACK! sorry it's been soooo long. I've been busy and I've been gone the whole weekend! But I'm back now!
