Two days ago Liu let me do whatever I wanted in the house. I took this time to do laundry, eat food that I wanted to, and watch TV.I didn't like watching the dramas, and I wasn't a kid anymore so cartoons didn't seem so appealing anymore. "Guess it's the news again." Flipping to the channel I watched the weather as it came on. "So I'm in North Carolina huh?" Fuck, I'm so far from home it's not even funny." Liu then came into the living room and sat in the chair looking at the TV. "What's with that face?" He asked and I shrugged. "Just noticing how far away from home I really am." I brought my knees to my chest and continued. "Makes me wonder how my friends are doing." Liu was about to open his mouth to give a snide comment when the screen flashed off of the weather and to the reporter. A picture of a white house with black trim showed up and my mind reeled to know why that house looked familiar. "In other news, four new victims of the smiling killer happened in North Dakota two nights ago. Police have revealed that they were all females and are even saying that these murders may have a connection to the missing girl of one month now, (F/N) (L/N). All five girls were friends and went to the same college together, and hung out regularly." The screen flipped over to a short-haired blonde who had a saddened look on her face. "It's so sad to see young people lose their lives so early. May their souls rest in peace." Liu stared at you for a while to see how you would react and it was what he was expecting. You slowly got off the couch and turned the TV off. Liu smirked and opened his mouth. "Well now you know how your friends are." At this you finally broke and walked briskly back to your room. Closing the door you slid down it slowly and let the tears fall. You sobbed as you realized that all of your friends and family were gone and you had no one left. You were truly alone with nothing left but a monster.
