"A loving friend, brother, and a boyfriend."

Xavier stopped and sucked in his breath, I looked at the grave that we made. With no expression.

His burial was under a large oak tree in front of the wrecked mall, and his back-pack beside a little cross that we made.

Today was nice, the birds still tweeting, the leaves fresh and green, sky clear blue, the breeze sweeping in once in a while, the blazing sun shining on top of us.

You have to let go.

That wrung in my head.

Boyfriend.

I don't know anymore, does he deserve me?

I looked down at his bag, we found a diary, some food and weapons, then his old teddy bear.

When I first saw him he held onto the teddy bear as if it was his only source of life, another tear escaped.

We kept his weapon but his teddy bear, and diary was with me.

"Rest in peace."

I closed my eyes tightly.

I'll bring revenge for you Flynn, I love you.

Nobody said a word since that little funeral.

Till Peter broke the comfortable silence.

"Where are we going."

Nobody said anything for a while.

"Illinois."

I replied in a little harsh manner.

"WE CAN'T."

Alice blurted, we turned around and looked at fire, Peter and Alice.

"Why not."

Alice looked around.

"It's to dangerous, we pass, we die."

"Uh huh."

"There's a lot of things that you guys don't know beyond this border."

"Yeah and like you know?"

Tessa said, I could tell she was mad cause Flynn was a brother to her and now he's gone and the fact that Alice said that we couldn't go to a place where Flynn always looked up to.

Then an heated argument broke out.

I stood still not caring anymore my face was blank.

I ignored what Alice said instead I walked towards the border.

Nobody noticed that I was leaving.

Good. I don't care if I die anymore it doesn't matter, what does life have to offer.

My hands wrapped around the straps of my bag, I stopped in my tracks and put down my bag and took out Flynn's teddy bear.

This is more valuable to me then anything in the world...

I smelled his bear.
