Chapter 22-The next day (Saturday)

''Ally-Ally'' my mum said lightly nudging me to wake up..''Come on It's almost half past ten''she said as I heard the sound of my curtains open and a blinding light fill my room..I squinted my eyes before pulling my bed sheet over my head..''It's also the weekend..why are you waking me up so early?''I moaned..''because I'm going into town with a friend from work for coffee and I know you'll sleep in way too late if you dont get up now''..She did have a point there..''Fine,fine I'll get up in a minute''..''Okay,I'll be back around 1 I'm gonna do some shopping as well''..''Okay,see you later''

As soon as I heard my door close I got up walking over to the window,my eyes ofcourse darted to Lukes window which was closed..As if he'd be awake at this time,I thought to myself pulling my curtains completely shut...I stumbled back over to my bed making myself comfortable again..I opened my phone and placed my earphones in my ears..If I was gonna wake up this early on Saturday,I was at least going to listen to music and go on the internet before I got out of bed...

I was on fb talking to Lucy,I really missed her even though we spoke on the phone almost everyday it's not the same..She filled me in on all the gossip and everything that was happening back home whilst I told her about everything that was happening in Australia..I always thought I'de have her by my side experiencing new things,she was always there before..We were like those two inseperable people who were never seen without each other,when I told her about me having to move to Australia she was in bits,I mean so was I but at least I was moving on,she was being left behind..I still feel guilty even though I had no choice in moving..Mum and dad have already booked tickets for us to go back to England for Christmas..Part of me couldn't wait,although the other part of me knew I would miss Luke and everyone else like crazy...

..I got up,it was now half past eleven so I dragged myself out of bed and into the bathroom..I went to the toilet,washed my face and brushed my teeth..I then changed into joggers and a baggy t-shirt,my hair was still straight from the day before so I left it down..I went downstairs and ate some breakfast before hanging in the living room and watching some tv whilst waiting for Luke to come over..It was about 12:10 when I heard a knock on the door..I sprung up and headed to the front door..Sure enough it was Luke..

''Heey''I said opening the door and moving aside slightly

''Hey''Luke said giving me a kiss on the cheek..

I smiled..''Whaaat's in the baaag?''I asked..

''Youuuur preeesent'' he said mimicking my tone

My smile grew bigger ''Come on''I said taking his hand and leading him upstairs...

I sat down down on my bed with crossed legs as he closed the door and followed me over..

''Open it then''he said handing me the bag with the cutest smile on his face..

I untied the ribbon which was holding the two side of the bag together and pulled out the box of chocolates which was inside..''Aww..Thank you,you know I love chocolates''..I said pecking him on the lips before hugging him..I pulled away from the hug and looked into his eyes smiling..''Uhh I got you another present..It's not much I just wanted to get you something you could keep forever''he said pulling an envelope out from his pocket and handing it to me..I looked at him confused but still smiling..''Read the card first''Luke said  as I ripped the envelope open,there must have been something in it as it was quite heavy..''Okay''.I said grapping the card which was inside as I got a glimpse of what else was inside,it looked like a bracelet or necklace..I placed the envelope down and began reading inside the card..

Dear Ally,I'm no good at writing love letters,I guess I've never had to until I met you..We've only known each other a month but I feel like we've been friends for years..Your so easy to talk to and I  love being around you.I can only see my feelings for you getting stronger,so I really hope you feel the same way..I just wanna say Happy birthday and thank you for making me the happiest I've ever been and doiign me the honer of being my girlfriend.You mean the world to me baby <3
