Welcome to my art book! I draw anime in my free time, and post it here for the heck of it! ^o^
Feel free to vote and comment spam, it makes me feel loved! ;D
I use my phone for digital art, with free app Ibis Paint X. Sometimes I also use Paint Tool...
Here you go! Hope you like it! :D I couldn't see all that was written about her on the paper, so I just assumed her power was controlling water, sorry if that's wrong! o.o

This actually didn't take very long o.o Only 3 hours and 4 minutes, less than half the time the last digital drawing I did took. X'D
I thought I'd use this drawing as a chance to show you guys how I shade hair! ^-^
First off, you need something that allows you to have AT LEAST 5 layers. 1 for lineart, the rest for the various layers of shading.

1. Base layer. Pretty self explanatory :3

2. Create your second layer. Pick a darker color, and start shading. You should pick a "part" in the hair and go out from there.

3. Add some variation! Pick another color that is similar, but not in the same color group as the last 2. You can keep this on the same layer as the last, or create another layer.

4. Use thin lines to create highlights in the hair, and use a light color in the same color group as your base layer

5. Use an airbrush tool to add some bright, colorful hues over the last ones. Don't apply too dark. Keep transparent enough to keep your shading at least partially visible.
