I made it to the final round with my team last year, I had the perfect team, people with amazing skills and powers we were passing through every challenge thrown at us until............., Mina stopped talking as her eyes and body froze stiff. Ren is the reason I lost last year in the exams, I remember it was just like every other day, me and my team was positive we were going to win after our previous victories. Somehow the exam instructors wanted to end the exams with a dual to test are physical abilities to show we were ready to become hunters. As we made our way into the arena, we waited for the team to make their appearance, not even I could believe my eyes as one kid around my age walked into the arena alone. You may begin the instructor Shout's from the sidelines as a black ora starts forming around ren's body. He stretches out his hand forming black copies of himself then sending them at us, only if I knew then that he had the power of darkness. The only way he could have attained that power is if one he knew someone who killed the grand dragon of darkness and passed that power down to him. But to make a long story short he wiped out my team injuring them, making it impossible for them to compete for the exams this year. The only reason why me and him are here again is because we both got a brutal hit on each other knocking both of us on coaches. Yeah you probably kicked him in the nuts like how you did me, I laughed as I put my arm on her shoulder, but really it's okay, how about you, niko, and I form a team and I swear this time will be different. So what do say mina want to form a team,"yes sure I'll love to" Mina jumps into my arms hugging me tightly. "Hey Mina you don't want to hug lio to tightly or his heart might break" Niko laughs. Alright guys since where a team how about we meet up right here tomorrow at eight O'Clock right before the exams begin. So big that we shock the world, but maybe that was just me as I open up my room door to see Cody already asleep. I walk over to my bed sitting down on the soft blanket I turn to look at the sunset through the window. Thinking to myself was mom looking at the same sunset thinking about us, as the sun slowly went down the moonlight shined bright through the window. "Yeah" I replied, well you should get the most rest you can from now, you don't know what type test the examiners will throw at us, you'll need all the energy you can possibly get.
