The Tutor

Chapter 2

Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!
I groaned and hit snooze on my alarm. Uugh. It's Monday. I fucking hate Mondays. Well, we all do. I sit up and pick up my phone and text my bestfriend, Madison.

A: Good Morning Madds.

-(I call her Madds)

You coming? Or I should meet you?

-Every morning before school, either I go pick up Madison or she picks me up. We take turns and I forgot whose turn it is.

Her reply is almost instant.

M: It's your turn, remember.
A: Ofc I remember. How can I forget.
M: You forgot didn't you?
A: Yhup
M: Ha! I've got great news!! Get here quick.
A: I love your great news. Ttys.

I get off my lazy ass and head to the shower. I turn on my iPod and listen to Sia's 1000 Forms Of Fear.

"Anna! Anna darling, Breakfast!" I hear my mom calling from downstairs.
"Coming!" I call back at her.

I look at my outfit for the last time before I finally put it on.

A short, black and white striped shirt, some white converse, black, white and red bracelets, a red schoolbag and my gold iPhone case to compliment it. Okay! I'm set.

I head downstairs and have my breakfast. "Bye mom! I'm leaving!"

"Have fun in school hunny"
"Well school isn't the perfect place to have fun..but.. Oh Well! I will!"
"That's the spirit"

I grab my car keys on the counter and head outside.

I jump in my white 2015 Chevrolet Camaro and head to Madds' house.

Honk! Honk!

She comes out of the door after about honking four times.

"Hey Anna" She greets graciously
"Hey Madds. You're extremely happy today, mind telling me why?" I ask.
"Well, a little birdie told me Kyle is gonna ask you out today."
"OMG!!! Are you for reals right now?"
"Never been so realer in my life."
"Is realer a word?"
"IDK but it sounds right"

-Kyle has been my crush since like forever. We did kiss once in 6th grade, but that was nothing serious. Spin the bottle I think. I'm really ecstatic. I hope its true.

We both laugh and I drive to school.

"Hey Isabelle!"
We both greet our friend.
"Hey guys! You're so lucky Anna!!" She winked and walked away.
"Kyle?" I asked Madds laughing
"Kyle"

We both head to our lockers.
"Hey Anna. Speak of the devil."
"Shit! Do I look okay?" I asked looking in the mirror In my locker.
"Fantastic!"
"Thanks!"

"Hey Anna."
"Oh! Hey kyle. Whatsup?"
"Nothing really. You?"
"Same"
"Can I talk to you?"
"Here's my cue." Madds said and left.
"Sure."
"Well, you know how long we've been friends..?"
I simply nodded hiding the joy in me
"And I-I was wondering if we could go out some t-time?" He stuttered
"You mean like on a date?"
"Yeah! Sure! If you want it to. I mean you don't have to if you don't wa-.."
"I would love to go on a date with you." I cut him off.
"Awesome! I'll text you later" he said and kissed me on the cheek."Bye!"
"Bye!"

Yes! Yes! Yes! Finally! Scored a date with Mr perfect!!! Ha!! I screamed in my head and did a happy little dance while grabbing my books.

Riiing!!

Well I guess I'll see Madds during P.E.
