This chapter won't be written from Casandra's point of view, I want to try to start changing the point of view's often, to build make this more interesting.
This chapter will most likely be shorter.
------"I'm just kidding, Cas. Chill!" I said, as I opened the door for my beautiful, lanky girlfriend Jaime. I had missed her so much in these past few days. I had to tell her about what had happened between me and Casandra. I knew it was wrong to fondle her, but I felt so lonely.
Once she had walked in, she explained that Dylan sent her to come get us, but she wanted to stay. That Dylan had no idea where we were, he thought we had went the complete opposite direction, but that she knew he was wrong. How she found us? I have no idea. It was crazy, like our hearts continuously find each other, in different ways.
Casandra was a beautiful, young girl, with such a bright future, but no matter how many times I tried to get away from Jaime, she always came back, with that big, beautiful smile of hers, that I had the most trouble resisting. I wanted to marry her with everything in me, even though she didn't want something permanent, that hurt my soul. Maybe people meet each other sometimes, maybe they love each other, but it will never be right, because their futures long for so much more. Jaime wanted to travel and do crazy things, I wanted to settle, have a family, go to college, she wasn't into that. I knew she wasn't good for me, and that I wasn't good for her, but that didn't make me want her any less.
Casandra didn't know about me and Jaime. If she did, she wouldn't have looked at me with as much lust as she did. It made me sad that she had so much in her heart for me, but I couldn't return the feeling, due to the fact I was hung up on Jaime. Maybe Jaime will change, maybe she'll leave. Maybe me and Casandra are meant to be together, she seems to want the same goals as me, family, college, car, house, life. All things I had longed for ever since I fell in love with Jaime and her beautiful heart, body, and soul.
I was looking for the words to tell Jaime she couldn't stay, we didn't have enough food to provide for her. We were barely making it as it is. She would pull the "I'm your girlfriend" card. First come, first serve. Shes not more important because shes my girlfriend, she barely acted like it. I hated the way she acted sometimes. She was not the only person that mattered.
Once Cas had fallen back asleep, I had asked Jaime to step outside with me, we exchanged a few kisses, and held hands. The words "I love you" rolled off her lips and onto mine, so many times, as I softly responded with "I love you too" everytime. After a good thirty or so minutes, I said "Jaime, we need to talk, its important."
"You're leaving me aren't you?" She said sternly.
I softly replied with a "No, Jaime, you're leaving me."
She looked so confused. I dropped my cigarette, she brought me, I hated smoking, I never smoked unless she was around. I walked inside the room, as she followed behind. I locked the door. We both slept on the floor, but said not a word to each other until we fell asleep. And when I woke up, she left, just as I had asked. It hurt, but it was what was best for all of us.
