(Yes, that is my art . I'll do one of Jack soon.)
The young wolf's fluttered as his best friend's laugh sounded through his headset, the Irishman ended up deciding upon playing Rocket League.
The American cheered as his teammate scored yet again, making his beloved dog bound towards her owner and nudge his hands.
"Oh hi Chica Bika!" Mark baby talked the dog between his legs and scratching behind her ears. "How are you doing?"
"I want to meet that dog, she seems so sweet!" The Irishman claimed, a soft chuckling following, "I've only had one dog but she died when I was young..."
"Awe I'm sorry, Jack" The Irishman shook his head, reassuring the other that it was quite alright, "You should visit LA soon and meet her, after the convention of course!"
"Only after you visit Ireland!" Mark laughed at his friend's enthusiasm and nodded.
Mark wrapped up the recording and sent the file to Matt for him to edit and upload before returning to the call.
"So, Sean..." Mark said deeply into his mic, making the other man tense and blush, "What have you been up to these few days, you've been off."
"What do you mean I've been off?" The omega tilted his head, "I didn't notice a difference in the atmosphere..."
"You seem... Tense..." Mark claimed, "I don't know why but I feel like there's something wrong or that something will happen."
"Like you 'sense' something's going to happen to me?" Jack made air quotes around the word 'sense' before laughing at the idea.
"I'm sure I'll be fine, Mark! Thank ya for being concerned though." The American's friend smiled.
"Mark! Dinner's ready, come on!" Ryan yelled from somewhere downstairs.
"You heard the man!" Jack yelled, "Go eat!"
"Okay dad!" Mark yelled back jokingly and said his goodbyes.
"Who's your dad?" Matt asked as the wolf who strutted past him.
"Huh?" Mark jumped then realized what the question was, "Oh, Jack, he was trying to tell me what to do."
"You two are so cute together!" Ryan said in a high-pitched voice. Mark blushed.
"W-What!?" The wolf yelped, almost dropping his drink.
"I'm just teasing, Markimoo!" Ryan said, keeping the same tone of voice, "I'm also claiming that you and Jack would be adorable together, you should totally get together."
"B-But I'm not-"
"Mark, we all know you like him by now." Matt said, placing down the plates and began fixing his own plate.
"But how!?" By this point, Mark was both angry and scared. He wasn't sure how much his friends knew if they knew this much, what else could they know or find out..?
"You smile like a fucking doof every time you talk to him or about him." The duo explained. "And plus, you just confirmed it yourself."
The wolf cursed under his breath and quietly ate, cheeks beet red.
"Ryan, it's your night to do dishes!" Mark yelled as he ran up the stairs and into his bedroom. He locked the door, releasing a breath he wasn't aware he was holding.
His fingers tangled in his red and black hair, upon walking further into his room. From the corner of his eye he caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror hanging on the wall above his dresser. He turned and stared, tracing his fingers along his scruffy jaw. Curiously, the wolf stepped closer and opened his mouth, watching his teeth sharpen on command. The man always found it fascinating, the way they seemed to mold perfectly into long, sharp bones.
"I wonder if there are still others... What if one of them is my mate..." Mark thought, staring into his reflection's eyes sadly. His parents had done research on their new realities to be able to, if needed, give their sons information on what they are. Oddly enough, the human side of Mark's brother, Thomas, overpowered any wolf gene he had chances of getting, then along came little Markimoo, the only full blooded wolf in his family.
The pack dynamics were the obvious thing to teach their son. Mark discovered his high possibility of being a natural born Alpha when he was around seventeen, well past the natural time for an omega's heat, scratching that off the listen immediately. Mark discovered he could knot when doing what a teen does when home alone one day, scratching beta off the list as well.
"What if Jack knows any werewolves..." Mark thought but laughed.
"Nah... that's a stupid idea..." He mumbled, stripping down to his boxers and climbing into bed. "There's no way someone that perfect can be like me..."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Come on Sean! You know you want to~" Another lower ranked alpha purred, backing the omega into a corner.
"N-No I don't, Lucas!" Jack yelped, swatting away the larger male's hands.
"But you're an omega! Omegas are only good for cooking, cleaning, and breeding!" Lucas bellowed louder than he meant to.
The larger inched closer before his head was yanked back harshly, making him yelp.
"That's not all omegas are good for!" Jack sighed in relief as his mother came from behind the young alpha.
"I-I'm sorry Luna!" Shona shook her head.
"No, Lucas, this is the fourth time this week! You're talking to your Alpha. Now." She stated, shoving the boy forward roughly. The elder wolf turned to her son.
"Are you okay? He didn't touch you like last time did he?" Concern laced her voice as she comforted him.
"No he didn't I'm fine." The omega reassured his mother before standing and walking with his mother to the main pack house.
"Rest up sweetie, you leave for the states soon." Shona ordered her son who nodded and wandered off to his room after grabbing a bite to eat.
"Just a little longer..." Jack told himself, "Just a little longer then I'll be with my best friends and meet hundreds of fans..."
And with that, the Irishman dozed off with thoughts of his friends and dreams of an unknown wolf with brown and black fur standing before him.
