"Wait." I say and stop dead in my tracks. "You want Ward and I to go undercover?"
May and Ward stop the same time to do and they both look at me.
"Yes, but not together together." May answers.
"What do you mean by that?" Ward and I ask.
"Just ask Coulson for all the details." She says and starts walking down the hall again.
"Where is he?" Ward asks.
"He is in missions." May tells him. "He wants to talk to you both but he wants to talk with Ward first."
"Okay." He answers.
We walk down the hall in dead silence for a little, I don't want to say anything and from the look on Ward's face he doesn't want to too. I have gone undercover only once or twice but that was a long time ago, I wasn't really scared then but for some reason the idea scares me. I know I'll be fine because Ward will be there but maybe he will be in a different place then I am all the time.
When we get to missions Coulson is there waiting for us. May doesn't stay with us, she leaves.
"What do we need to do?" Ward asks in his hard voice.
"First I need to talk to you Ward quickly." Coulson tells Ward.
"Okay." Ward answers.
I walk out of the room and close the door behind me. . .
