"What do you mean you went to see her last night", Deans voice rose to an almost deafening height.

"Dean, hear me out", Sam pleaded with his older brother.

"No, Sammy! I'm not trusting a monster again", Dean barked.

Suddenly the sound of wings flapping blared through Deans harsh words.

"You called", Cas looked to Dean. Dean sighed and started explaining the whole situation to Cas. Cas nodded and tilted his head in thought.

"So she's saying they want to resurrect someone powerful enough to destroy humanity", Cas says looking to Sam.

"Yes that's exactly what she's saying", Sam says shaking his head. "And maybe if we just talked to her-"

Dean cut him off. "Maybe you're okay with fraternizing with the monsters of this world, but I'm not! And I won't let you do it again", Dean says.

"I'm not fraternizing with her", Sam threw up his hands. "I'm just saying that if there is something out there bent on destroying all humanity we should probably take a look at it!"

Dean groaned and rolled his eyes. "Sammy, this is just like Ruby! First she's going to play damsel in distress and Sammy, being the big hero is going to rescue her! Then she's going to use you to get what she wants", Dean shouted.

A small frame became visible on the steps. Her place hair was pulled back and she was in hunting gear from the looks of it.

She was clad in all black. A tank top showing off her thinly wired arms and clinging to her body. Black pants and a belt hung loosely from her hips with an empty holster and combat boots with a knife protruding from its lip.

"What's she doing out!? You let her out", Dean yelled in Sams direction.

"No. She got out", Sam said slowly. "If she wanted to leave or to kill us, she would've by now."

"How", Dean looks to Sam barking out the one word.

Sams only response is to shrug as the woman walks down the stairs with an air of confidence about her. Her eyes were hard and steady making eye contact with Sam, then Dean, and finally glancing at Castiel.

"Amanda what are you doing", Sam asks quietly. She makes her down the stairs holding onto the railing with perfect posture. She almost looks regal, Sam thought.

"I'm helping them realize what a danger we're in and what you can do to help", she says making sole eye contact with Sam.

He nods and Dean watches her ready to lunges at her. She passes him slowly and pulls out a book from the wall. Ancient Greek and Latin text that no one here could read.

"Calm down, pretty boy", Amanda says hardly giving Dean a glance. "I don't bite anymore".

Sam tensed and Castiel moved closer with his Angel blade out just incase. The crisp clean flip of papers filled the room as Amanda turned page after page of the illegible scrawling written on the papyrus.

"Are you going to tell us what this is about, sweetheart? Or do we have to torture it out of you", Dean said almost calmly.

Sam moved closer Amanda to hold Dean back a little.

"Patience. If I wanted you dead it would've happened. Including your Angel", Amanda cooed still flipping through the pages absent minded.

A stiff silence set over the room. The only sound was the rustling of paper and the audible tension.

Amanda stops flipping and with a grin she looks down at the page. "To márvo ippótes", she said proudly.

All three of the men looked at her curiously. "And what does that have to do with anything", Dean asked raising his eyebrows causing his forehead to crease.
