I'm... Happy

We walked all through out the hospital. Once we were done walking and were near the cafeteria, I hopped in front and lead everyone to the cafeteria.

"Here's what we eat!" Jessica said. We got in line and got our food. Today was pizza! It was the one day I actually looked forward to when I was here.

We got our pizza and sat down. It felt so good to sit down. I could finally let go of the IV stand. The needle was also poking me and it hurt. I laid my arm out flat on the table and tried to remove the IV. "Ivy. Don't do that." Grant said to me.

Jessica said, "Ivy, you know what will happen if you do that. If you want to go home don't pull it out." Everyone had a very disappointed look on their face.

"But it hurts." I said in a pathetic voice hoping they would let me take it out.

"Let me do something." Grant scooted closer to me and put his hand on the arm with the IV in it. He started to massage my arm. "Tell me when it's not poking you." "Okay." I said back with a pathetic frown. After 5 minutes it finally wasn't poking me. I said to Grant, "It's not poking any more. Thanks." He then kissed me on the cheek and smiled.

I was surprised that no one came over to ask for an autograph. I could see everyone staring at my table. I didn't know if it was because I was back, Grant Gustin was here, or Jessica was socializing with more than 2 people. We talked about ourselves and everyone learned a lot about each other. Grant didn't talk much he just listened and rubbed my back.

We finished our pizza and whatever else we got; I grabbed a brownie which was amazingly, chocolatey, peanut buttery. We walked back to my room and when we got there I saw Nurse Jackie and Dr. Bob. They did not look happy. I walked in the room and asked, "What makes you guys visit?"

"First, you should not be out of bed. If you wanted to leave you should have told one of us. We would have grabbed a wheelchair for you so incase you did faint again. Second, you need your rest. We still don't know if the drug has worn off yet." Dr. Bob said.

Nurse Jackie said, "Third, your lucky your drug test came back clean. Fourth, we don't have the results for the blood work yet. And a side note good job finding yourself a boyfriend." I hadn't even noticed I was holding hands with Grant. My friends laughed. And said, "We are too!" I blushed.

"I know I'm not supposed to be out of bed. But I wanted to do something and I hate those wires. I also wanted to show them around with Jessica. Lastly I told you so!"

Nurse Jackie rolled her eyes and Bob did too. "We'll get in bed. You are not leaving this bed, unless one of us says you can or your going to the restroom." Nurse Jackie said. "Fine. And can Jessica stay here tonight? And are my friends aloud to stay?" I asked as I was getting into the bed and Nurse Jackie was putting another bag on the IV stand. I really did not know why. "As long as you guys behave." Everyone had a big smile on there faces. I wasn't sure why. To be honest it kinda scared me.

They left and my friends came to sit on my bed. Grant came right next to me and my friends all at the base of my bed. I was surprised all of us were able to fit on the bed.

"So what are we going to do now?" Grace asked.

"Wait 5 minutes, let me run down to my room and grab something." Jessica said. I knew just what she was going to grab.

After 5 minutes of Kate, Marisa, and Grace starting at me and Grant with this creepy smirk, Jessica was back. She walked in with a big box. I knew she was going to grab that. She dumped all the contents of the box out and said, "Here are all the party games and games I have collected. I know this is not a party but oh well. So what do you guys want to play?"
