Chapter 3 ~ The Special Guest

I'm posting these chapters after I write them, so...yeah. As in I write them about a week or so before publishing.

~Erza's POV~

   It was the second of unbearably long train ride, luckily for Natsu and Gajeel, Wendy came along, and was able to use her Troia spell on him.

   I was still trying to figure out who the Special Guest was, (*heavy sarcasm* gee Erza, I wonder who it could be!?!?! Hmmmmm!!!!) I wish Mira would've told us.

   For now, I was just on my phone, scrolling through old messages out of boredom. As I was scrolling through my message history, I saw one that interested me, Jellal, it had been forever since I talked to him.

   We were both usually busy, he was stoping crime in Crime Sorciere, while I was going on jobs in Fairy Tail.

   I opened up the messages, and saw the last time we texted was about two months ago.

Hey Jellal. What are you up to?

   Immediately after I sent it I regretted it, What are you up to?, That's the best I could do?!?

   I looked up from my phone, and saw Mira quickly typing something on her phone. That's weird...

~Mira's POV~

   "Stupid message!!!" I whisper yelled.

   I had seen Erza on her phone, and thought she might be texting Jellal, she could not find out that Jellal was the special guest!!! (*Sarcastic LE-GASP*)

   I needed this to be a surprise!!! If she knew she'd suspect I would do something, but, if she didn't she would let her guard down! It was the perfect plan!

   And if he tells her, she'll know about it!!!!

~Jellal's POV~

   I was waiting at the train station for the train to Love~Love Paradise, when I heard my phone beep in my pocket. I read who it was from and blushed slightly, okay yes, so what? Erza has been my crush for a while, and by a while I mean since we were kids. But I doubt she has feelings for a criminal like me.

   I read the message, Hey Jellal. What are you up to?, I was about to text back, Waiting on the train to go to Love~Love Paradise with you, when I got another text.

   It was from Mira, Don't tell her you're coming with us!!!!, I knew the her she was referring to, but I didn't know why. Why?, I texted back, she replied, almost immediately, I want it to be a surprise for her!.

   The conversation ended there, and I went back to my texts with Erza, I'm on a job, why?, I lied. It was a few minutes before I got a reply, Just wondering.

I felt like that was a good place to stop the conversation so, I didn't reply. About fifteen minutes later, the train came up, I gathered my bags and got into the train car.

Once I finished putting up my items, I saw Erza being pushed by Mira. She fell into me, and I caught her, but we still stumbled back a few steps.

I heard Mira whisper, "Yes," as I caught her. (AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!)

Erza's POV

I'm sure I blushed redder than my hair, I hate you Mira. Why? Why world! I wanted to enjoy Love~Love Paradise. But now, I can't. I have to go curl up in a ball, because I'm too embarrassed to do anything else.

I looked up from Jellal's shoulder, to see him blushing as well as me.

"You two will be sharing a seat," Mira smiled sweetly. It's hard to tell she was the she devil matchmaker behind that innocent smile.

We parted, and we were both too embarrassed to say anything. After what seemed like the worlds longest awkward science, I went back to our seat. Still blushing, I mentally cursed.

Jellal came soon after me, and we didn't say anything, I was looking out my window, as the train started again, Why couldn't we take a plane? I asked myself.

I sighed and closed my eyes. I might as well get rested up for the rest of this stupid trip.

   After a while of trying to fall asleep, I gave up. I was too used to being up late at the guild. I continued my mental rant, but was interrupted by something --- or more appropriately someone --- falling on my shoulder.

   I looked down to see a certain blue haired boy, asleep on my shoulder. I smiled and went about my merry way, when not a few minutes later, I felt him fall into my lap. A part of me wanted to push him off, since my face felt so heated, I was sure Natsu was holding his flames to my face, but the other felt comforted by this.

   I eventually decided against pushing him off, and finally fell asleep my self. Mavis knows I'm gonna need my rest to deal with the Matchmaker.
