(A/N Okay, this chapter is only going to be in Kristen's POV. Don't worry the next chapter will have Rob's in it. Also I know that I am a horrible writer and that I haven't posted in a while!)

I had an idea to get all the attention off of Rob and give him a break, but it's really risky. I was going to ask Michael to pretend to be my boyfriend until Twilight came out.  I know it's crazy, but once there is news, then the attention will be on Michael and I and Robert wont have to worry about having to risk his personal life. So I decided to call Michael over. He agreed and was over shortly.

"Hey Michael." I greeted him at the door.

"Hey Kris. You called me over."

"Uhh... yeah. It's kinda important. Well... very important."

"Before you say anything, I know you're with that 'Pattinson' guy, so I promise not to try anything."

"I'm not with him, plus I know you wouldn't. That's not what I need you for though." All right here goes nothing. I told him EVERYTHING. I told him, how we auditioned with the kissing scene, how we just felt comfortable around each other, and everything in between. Even though he's my ex-boyfriend, he was my friend. "Now, that brings us here, to all the articles saying we're together and it being wrong. So I need your help."

"Of course. Anything." My palms were sweaty for some odd reason, maybe because I know that I'm doing this for Rob.

"I need you to pretend to be my boyfriend. I'm still underage to be with Rob and the press will let everything spread if I don't put an end to it somehow."

     "Kris, this is absolutely insane."

"I know, but you don't have to do anything crazy, only go out to eat with me sometime or hold my hand or some shit like that." He was still skeptical. "Michael, please."

"Fine. When do we start?" I smiled.

"Tomorrow, we can got to dinner at the same cafe that Rob and I did."

"Okay... well I better get going. I'll see you tomorrow." I showed him to the door and said our goodbyes. After I texted Rob to tell him to come over, but to obviously keep it lowkey. When he got here, I was debating whether or not telling I should tell him. I decided that it would be smart not to, so kept shut on the topic. We practiced lines because we start filming in three weeks and I didn't want it to be bad. We went over the scene where they speak for the first time, and exploded into a fit of giggles when he tried to look 'thirsty' and 'sexy' at the same time.

"Kris, are you okay? You haven't talked much since we finished practicing." Damn it... caught.

"Yeah I'm good. Just hungry I guess. Do you want to order a pizza?"

"Sure. I'll call in." We ordered the pizza and decided to watch a movie. That would be the easiest way of making sure my plan doesn't slip out accidentally. We ended up watching Brokeback Mountain, but by the time it finished I was feeling really tired. I looked at the time, and it was around one in the morning.

I don't understand why I always lose track of time when I'm with Rob. I felt bad that he had to drive home at this late at night, so I invited him to stay here. He insisted that he was okay, but I was still kinda hesitant.

"Kris, I promise. I'm okay. If it makes you feel any better, I'll text, no I'll call, you when I get home." I guess that made me feel a little better.

"Okay fine." He grabbed his coat and turned to me as if there was something I was supposed to say. "I'll see you later." With that he pulled me into a hug, and my head was on his shoulder.

"Goodnight..." He said in my ear. I pulled away and he walked through the door to his car. I shut the door and cleaned up the slight mess in my living room. The pizza box was still on my new coffee table and there were mugs on the counter because of the coffee we were drinking knowing we were gonna practice lines. Once downstairs looked okay, I went upstairs to get ready for bed. After my nightly routine, I went to sleep.

The next morning, I had completely forgotten that Rob was supposed to text me telling me he had gotten home safely. When I unplugged my phone, I saw that there were no notifications from him at all. I was starting to worry that he had gotten into trouble on the way home. I called him and waited for him to answer.

ring...

ring...

ring...

"your call has been forwarded to an automated voice messaging system..."

He wasn't answering, so I called him again. This time, he did pick up.

"Hello?..." His voice sounded groggy, like I'd woken him up.

"Hey. You didn't call me last night."

"Crap! Sorry. I completely forgot. When I got home, I went to sleep."

"Damn, Rob. You scared the shit outta me. I thought something bad had happened to you!"

"I'm sorry. I promise that I won't ever scare you like that again."
