The last thing I remember was getting to the hospital and they told me that it was time to deliver Isabella.

Oh yeah, we named our daughter Isabella. Luke picked it out, he's always seemed to like that name. Isabella Rose Hemmings. Izzy for short.

Seeing Luke with Isabella brought tears to my eyes. The second they put her in his arms, his face lit up & tears streamed down his cheeks. He had the biggest smile and it warmed my heart.

I watched as he rocked her back and forth in his arms, whispering sweet things to her. I love my cute little family.

Since we were on tour Luke's mom couldn't be with us for the delivery, but we're planning on missing a dates. Luke wont be missing a lot, due to the fact they have a lot of breaks in between.

I woke up in a hospital bed to a sleeping Luke in the chair next to me and Isabella in a crate in the middle of us.

Instantly, a smile grew on my face. Isabella looked so much like Luke. She had blue eyes & blonde hair. She was beautiful.

"Love waking up to the two most beautiful girls in the world," Luke said as he stretched his arms and got up out of the chair. "Even after I've been sleeping on a tiny ass chair and my neck feels like it's broken."

I laughed, "You could've slept with me on the bed!"

Luke walked over and planted a kiss on my forehead, "That's alright baby girl. I'm gonna head down to the cafeteria, do you want anything?"

"Yeah, just get me whatever. Giving birth is extremely exhausting and I'm starving.." I sighed.

Luke laughed, "Seemed like it." He smiled as he left the room.

I rolled my eyes. Boys have no idea. They don't have to go through all of that. Ever!!

A few moments later my nurse, Kim, walked in.

"Hello Victoria! How are you feeling today?" She asked, with a clipboard in her hand, looking up at me.

"Tired! But good." I said.

"You're gonna be tired for a while. How's Isabella? Has she woken up yet?" She asked.

"During the night she did a few times, but not since I've been up." I said, shaking my head.

Just as I said that, I heard a little cry and Isabella's eyes opened, revealing her beautiful deep blue eyes.

"Ah there she is!!" I said, smiling as I picked her up.

Kim walked over, handing me a bottle of milk. "She has beautiful eyes."

"Yeah, she does. Reminds me of her daddy. I fell in love with those blue eyes and now she has them." I said, as I watched Izzy look around as she drank her bottle.

Luke walked in with food and I saw his face grow into a smile.

"My beautiful family." He said as he set the food down on the table.

He walked over and sat on the bed, holding his arms out, sticking out his lip, so I'd give him Isabella.

I handed her over and Luke smiled ever wider.

"You look so happy with her Lukey." I said as I watched the two.

Luke looked at her and then up at me. "I think I'm the happiest man alive right now to be honest. I have a beautiful girlfriend, well soon to be wife, and a beautiful daughter."

"Told you we'd make amazing babies." I laughed. "Have the guys seen the picture you sent yet?"

"Yeah, they're coming to see her in an hour or two. After they're down rehearsing for tonight" He answered.

"Luke you can go to your show tonight if you want, I'll be okay here. I dont want you missing out or your fans to be upset." I told him for the hundredth time. I genuinely felt bad, I know he loves Isabella, but I feel like the fans would be upset if he weren't there. I especially don't want him getting hate on twitter, because sometimes I can see it really gets to him.

"Vic, my fans will understand that you have just had a baby and that I need to be here for you. I'll tweet about it." He replied, as he looked down at Isabella. "Shes falling back asleep."

I smiled, "You're really good with her."

"She's my princess." He whispered softly.
