"Hey, you boys here?" Jane called.
"Yeah, we are here Jane. We could use your help with something too." Sam called back.
"Alright, what is it?" Jane asked coming into the room.
"Did you know that your niece is an anti-christ?" Dean deadpanned.
"Yes. I did. Which is why I have been keeping tabs on her for the past ten years. Ever since her mother got killed." Jane sighed.
I stared at her dumbfounded. She knew all along and she never even tried to tell me.
"You bitch!" I yelled, "You knew, and didn't even bother telling me? What the Hell? You couldn't even give me the courtesy of explaining that to me?"
"If you knew you would have been even more powerful." Jane said to me.
"Does Bobby know about this?" Sam asked.
"I was the one who told him." Jane told Sam.
"Hold up. You guys know each other?" I asked probably looking very confused.
"Yeah, we met her when she was visiting our 'uncle' Bobby, who just so happens to be your real uncle." Sam said.
"Oh. Well I guess I shouldn't go on the road with you guys. I guess I'm dangerous so I would only be putting you in danger." I said walking out of my room and out of the cabin.
I kept walking and stopped in a clearing of the trees. I sat down on a tree stump and heard someone snap a twig behind me. I jumped up and spun around pulling out my pistol as I did so.
"Easy there tiger. It's just me." Dean said.
"What do you want? Want to tell me how you're pissed at me for almost killing Sam? I really don't want to hear it. I'm giving myself enough crap about it already." I replied snappily.
"No, that's not why I followed you. I followed you to tell you something. I want you to feel like part of the family, and I want you to know that I am totally about to create a chick flick moment so bear with me." Dean rambled.
"Okay... go on..." I said curiously.
"Well no one knows this, and I can't let Sammy know this yet either, but uh, I may have dated girls in the past, but they meant nothing to me. Not really at least. I mean sure I cared about them, but really I'm actually super gay." Dean rambled yet again.
I stood there stunned. I had not expected my brother to say anything like that. I just didn't know what to say.
"Huh. Okay."I said after a while.
"And Sam and I still want you to come on the road with us. So please, just come with us. I don't want to have to kidnap you, but I will do it." Dean said cracking a weak smile.
"I don't know if I can Dean. I can't control these abilities." I told him.
"That's what Sam and I plan on helping you with. But you aren't safe here. You aunt may be a hunter, but she isn't going to be around a lot. She is still in the game. I think it would be better if we took you to Sioux Falls, South Dakota and you stayed with Bobby cause he isn't in the game anymore and can help you. Sam and I will stop by every chance we get, but please do this for me." Dean said pleadingly.
"Fine. I'll do it. As long as you promise that you guys won't get yourselves killed." I replied.
"Can't promise that, but we will try our hardest to not get killed." Dean said smirking.
He turned around and headed back the way he came. After a minute I followed after him.
"She agreed to go to Bobby's. So I figured that we would take her there first thing in the morning. Which I'm guessing that means that you are going to want to leave at five-thirty in the morning Sam." Dean planned.
"Yeah, that is what I was thinking." the younger of the two replied.
Wait, don't I get a say in this? I mean, you guys are going to be showing me the way cause I'm not leaving my car here. There is no friggin' way I'm leaving Shelbs here." I replied.
"Shelbs?" Dean laughed.
"You won't be laughing once you actually see her." I replied smirking.
"Alright then. Show me." Dean retorted.
I walked out the front door and down the driveway to the shed looking thing. I opened the door and led Dean inside. He stopped and waited for me to remove the cover from my car. Once I dramatically did so he froze.
"You've got to be kidding me. You are so my sister. I drive a '67 Impala. And you drive this? It's a '68 Shelby." he said in awe.
"Now you see why I am not going to leave her." I replied.
"Nope. You definitly can't leave her. She has to come with." Dean said.
"I really don't understand this. It's just a car." Sam said walking into the shed.
"Sammy boy, it is not just a car. It's a work of art." I said.
"It's a God send Sammy. These cars we are talking about are heaven sent." Dean continued for me.
Sam chose this moment to leave the shed. Then, there was a whooshing noise and someone appeared behind Dean.
"Uh Dean, why is there someone behind you?" I asked.
Dean turned around slowly and nearly jumped out of his skin.
"Damn it Cas! We talked about this. Personal space man!" Dean exclaimed.
Dean pulled at his collar as if the room had suddenly gotten extremely hot. His face had also turned bright red. I stifled a laugh. So this is who he likes. Wait a second. I peered close to the man.
"You're an angel..." I said stunned.
"Do I know you?" the guy Dean had called Cas asked.
"No..." I replied.
"Did you tell her about me?" Cas asked Dean.
"No..." Dean said very confused.
"How do you know I am an angel then?" the dude asked.
"I, uh can see your wings..." I said slowly.
"Huh, I didn't know anti-christs could see an angel's wings," Cas said, "I am Castiel, an angel of the Lord."
"I kind of figured that," I replied, "Well I'm going to go pack what little stuff I have and get some sleep considering that we are leaving so early. Dean, you and Sam can sleep in the guest room if you would like, if not there is a motel just inside the town. I can meet you guys there in the morning if that is where you would like to stay." I said deciding to give Dean some alone time with the angel.
The next day we left for South Dokota. I got settled in at my uncle's over the period of a week. Sam and Dean had left for a hunt a few days ago and I was being trained by Bobby. It didn't take me that long to get the hang of defending myself. I went on small and easy hunts, and when it got to be too hard I would call on Bobby for help. That's how my life was now.
