1. Taking a girl out on a date hasn’t gone out of style.
2. Following the first point, “Wanna come over?” is not an acceptable invitation.
3. Following the first two points, a date doesn’t have to be an expensive meal or a fancy trip. Conversation and laughter over coffee is just as lovely.
4. Meeting our parents isn’t “embarrassing” or “weird”. It’s respectful and endearing.
5. Following that point, shaking hands with our father instead of just “Y’alright?” is probably a good idea.
6. When we say we love getting flowers, we don’t need a big bunch of red roses. A hand-picked daisy on the walk home will satisy more.
7. We like it when you reach for our hand to hold. Especially in public.
8. Suits over sweats any day.
9. “Fit”, “sexy”, “hot” and “tidy” aren’t compliments. There is no expiration date on all the old favourites like “beautiful”.
10. Don’t change around your friends. They’re only laughing because they don’t have what you do.
11. Be patitent.
12. It’s 99.9% certain that we’re going to tell our friends about all the “cute” and “adorable” things you do.
