~Introductions~
There are some people that, on the journey to self-discovery, you will either get introduced to or you will, out of nowhere, bump into and get to know. Some like to think that people met by the latter form are strange mysterious people, maybe with an adventurous secret. But, this isn't true. Sometimes, though rarely, people get introduced to some who are strange, mysterious and have deep dark secrets that can be considered adventurous by a brave few. Either way, point is, whether you meet them because of someone else or by chance the probability of them having secrets that have to be cautious of, are very likely.
"Meet Aeros, he used to be a master air wielder." He looked similar to Vivian, except he was bald and looked much older. She smiled at the man as he bowed his head respectfully. Adelyn smiled at him in acknowledgment.
"He will try to teach you as much as he can, but we reach our people, we will assign someone who can wield it," Vivian than looked at the man smiling, "Not that we think you are incapable of teaching her how to wield air."
"What element did you used to wield?" Adeline asked.
"Earth..." The answer came a short while after. Vivian looked around, and when she found the person she was searching for, she beckoned her forward.
"This is Elena. She will teach what you need to know about water." She looked younger than the rest, and if you looked closely, you could see that, at the tip of her wavy, white, was slightly blue. She curtsied to Adelyn and Adelyn politely smiled in return.
"What would you like to start with?"
"Air..."

Both Adelyn and Aeros were standing on the quarterdeck of the ship, waiting for the captain. When the captain finally arrived, Aeros was first to speak.
"Captain, would you mind lowering the sails for us?" The captain looked at him confused.
"Why would I do that? There is no wind" he said incredulously. Rather than answering the question, Aeros motioned towards Adelyn. The captain's face softened as if he realized something and ordered his crew to lower the sails.
"Now Princess, I want you to concentrate. At first takes a lot of will power to do this. You will have to picture it, want it, if it is going to happen." He instructed Adelyn.
Adelyn looked at sails perplexed. What am I supposed to picture? She asked herself. She decided to picture the sails catching the wind and then focused everything on trying to conjure the wind to abide her wish. She clenched her fists and closed her eyes. But nothing seems to happen, this got her very frustrated. She looked at Aeros, expecting him to tell her what she was doing wrong. He merely sighed.
"It will take time, you will have to be patient" but she wasn't good at being patient. She glared at the sails and mentally cursed the wind before trying again.~2 months, 2 weeks ago ~
The days went in a blur since Adelyn met Vivian. Her mind constantly wrapped around what Vivian had said that she almost forgot about what her mother said. Almost.
She was woken up earlier that day, apparently they hadn't given a specific time, except that they will be having lunch on arrival.
Adelyn wasn't really interest in getting ready, she did rather tediously. Her mother had picked out a dress for her, cream colored and elegant. When her mother came in to check on her, she was disappointed to see that Adelyn was only putting on her corset.
"You must really hurry up, they could be here any moment. Punctuality is important in first impressions." She said, tsk'ing before leaving the room. They arrived earlier than expected. Adelyn was doing her hair and so was not there to welcome them at the entrance.
"She will join us shortly. Do come in, you all must be tired and hungry. We have prepared lunch." She informed them. Adelyn finally decided to go downstairs. Half way down the stairs, she could already hear them speaking. Were there that many? I was only expecting him and his parents.
When she entered the dining room, everyone stopped talking to look at her. She didn't even flinch under everyone's gaze. She slowly made her way to her mother and sat down next to her, only because her uncle was there on her other side.
After she settled down, they continued with their conversations except her mother. She smiled at Adelyn, which looked somewhat forced as she spoke,
"Adelyn, this, here is," she motioned to the young man seated across Adelyn, "Eren Yeager, your soon to be husband" then she looked at his parents and continued smiling, "hopefully." They smiled at her in return and fell into a conversation. Adelyn noticed that there was another woman who was speaking to her uncle. She had jet black hair that cascaded down her back. A pale complexion that made Adelyn's paleness incompetent. She had very defined features. Dark eyes that were like a never ending abyss. A body that wasn't skinny but not fat, just the right size. To sum it up she was flawless. So it was only one extra person, but it feels so crowded in here, she thought irritably.
Adelyn looked at the boy. He seemed to really engrossed in his breakfast, the only time she noticed him look up was when her mother motioned to him introducing them. He had tousled chocolate brown hair. Suddenly he looked up and locked eyes with her for a moment, long enough to take in his teal-or was it a turquoise-blue eyes.
They all retired to the drawing room to discuss the details of the engagement and the wedding. It was very clear that they will be having one. Though it was Adelyn's and Eren's wedding, they had no say in the detail, both of then just sat there looking down and fiddling with their fingers.
He must be as nervous as I am, was Adelyn's thought when she noticed him playing with his fingers. She was not the only one who noticed this, James did as well. He went closer to Adelyn's mother and whispered something to her, whatever he had told her made her smile.
"Adelyn, darling, why do you go to the garden and show Eren around." she spoke and then turned to Eren's parents, "We have a wonderful garden, I'm absolutely sure that he will enjoy it, till we finish." she smiled at them, it was one of her charming smiles, with her flashing white teeth. They both nodded and though they looked hesitant as they motioned Eren to join Adelyn as she stood up.
