Chapter 3: First Day

The drive was peaceful. The scenery was nice and calm. The streets were hardly busy, and since dogs aren't as skilled at jumping over fences, there were some cats out. Sporting collars of course. I passed some more houses, then stores, before finally seeing the school. It. Was. Beautiful. and huge!

I asked the chauffeur to let me out a little before the school and walked along the nice iron fence that held a beautiful "picture" behind it. I reached where it opened up and may I just add, it felt like I was back in school in Japan because as soon as you reach the opening, there lined up along the walk way- although they weren't bloomed yet- were cherry blossom trees.

I stood beside the opened gates, trying to calm my self down before going in. 'Why are you so worried! If you make your nervousness obvious then no-one is going to meet you cause you make them uncomfortable!' I slowly look up but quickly look down. People kept staring as they passed!! 'What?! never seen a girl with gloves on?!'

"Why do you have those on for." A male voice rings out. I see two pairs of shoes that stop in front of me. I don't say anything as I stand there, listening as the people around us  quiet down. "Hey! excuse me?" I keep my head slightly cast down, enough so my eyes aren't shown. 'what are you doing?! Answer him already! It's your fault for standing in front of the school in the first place!' I talk way to much to myself.

I sigh "I wear them because they're comfortable." I say quietly. The excuse I always use when asked about them.

"Why won't you look at us?" I hear another male voice say, almost sounding like the fist males voice. I assume he's the one the second pair shoes belong to. I shift uneasily from one foot to the other, my arms still crossed across my chest. I tense up when I see both inner foot of the pairs of shoes step forward, the touch of fingers lifting my chin soon follow after.

They were twins! Hot twins at that! Both have brown hair and brown eyes. Cute noticeable freckles against their tan skin spread out on the nose and across their cheek bones, none higher nor lower. Their hair is, I guess skater styled? The kind you hair flip to the side to keep it out of you eyes. Ya....... They're hot.

"whoa." The one on the right whispers. The one on the left is quiet and just stares, both obviously taking notice of my eyes. I became angry and I felt my face heat up and I'm pretty sure turn red from  embarrassment too. Using the back of my right hand, I hit both of their hands away from me. "haven't you ever been taught to not stare" I snap. It was not addressed to only them but to every body who stopped around us when they first talked to me. My eyes were staring at the floor again and my hand were in fists as my arms were tense at my sides. I quickly walked away, almost running, people made room for me and as I passed, I could feel their eyes on me and it burned.

'what the hell! class hasn't even began, and already I'm upset! Jerks! they had no right to touch me! I should have dropped them, or something! I mean that is why I took those classes! So I can defend myself! Wait. No. I cannot have a repeat of middle school' I sigh. I'm probably just being way to dramatic.

I finally find my class room, being a good 4 minutes late because of how big this school is. The classroom door was wide open and the teach was at his desk on a laptop. The student count was small, thirteen in total including me. I quickly and quietly took the seat in the middle of the back row.The classroom slowly hushed obviously noticing my presence, or mabe just my gloves. This was going to be a very long day.
