Chapter 15

 *Harry’s POV*

I quietly put my guitar back in its case. Uploading that video for Jacquelyn made me feel a little better, but it sure as hell wasn’t going to win her back. I needed to do something huge for her, so she’d never be able to refuse.

I paced around my bedroom for quite some time.

Suddenly, a light switch in my brain turned on.

 I have a plan.

 ***

“Hello? Uncle Simon?”

“Greetings, Harry! What can I do for you?”

“Can I get two front row seat tickets for the concert tomorrow night?”

“Of course! I’ll email them to you right now so you can print them out.”

“Thanks Uncle Si! Got to go.”

 “Your welcome. Bye, Harry.”

 ***

“Hello? Is this Melody?”

 “Yeah, who’s this?”

“It’s Harry! Listen, Melody, I know I’m not your favorite person right now, but I need you to do me a huge favor!”

“Hmmmmm…….alright. I’ll do it. What do you want, curly?”

“I have two tickets to tomorrow night’s concert for you and Jacquelyn. Give the other one to Jacquelyn and don’t take no for an answer. I have something really special planned for her.”

“Woah. Hold on a sec. You better not humiliate her in public again….”

“I won’t, I swear! I love her more than anything, and I need to make everything right, so please, trust me!”

“Fine, curly. I’ll be there in 5 to pick up the tickets."

“Thanks so much, Melody….WAIT. One more thing!”

 “Yes?”

“DO NOT tell Jacquelyn it is a 1D concert! She will automatically know that something is up.”

“Ok, so what do I tell her then?”

“Hmmmmm….I know! Big Time Rush is opening for us! Tell her it’s a BTR concert!”

“Good enough! See you in a few, curly.”

 “Bye.”

My plan was going perfectly. Just perfectly.

*Jacquelyn’s POV*

It has now been exactly a week since I was publically humiliated. I have not left my bedroom once (well, except to go to the bathroom).

At the beginning of the week, I got most of my anger out by opening up a PopStar magazine and drawing mustaches on every picture of Harry.

Now, I was mostly crying and sleeping. I’ve even pretended to have the flu so that I could miss school.

Speaking of sleep, I’m going to take another nap right *yawn* about *yawn* now.

 *knock* *knock*

 “Grrrrrr…come in..” I moaned.

“Hey, babe,” Melody walked in holding a small white envelope.

“Hey…what’s that?” I asked, motioning towards the envelope.

“Oh…” A smile crept onto her face. “These are…BIG TIME RUSH TICKETS!”

“Really?” I said, suddenly perking up.

“Yeah, I bought them to cheer you up and get you out of your slump!”

“Wow. Thanks! When is the concert?” I asked excitedly.

 “Tomorrow night!”

 “Tomorrow night?” I gasped.

“Yes,” Melody started, “which is why you need to get off your ass right now and make yourself presentable.”

“But the concert is tomorrow.” I said.

“Yeah, but, no offense, you smell of sadness. You’ll need more than one shower to wash of your pity stink.”

“Fine…” I groaned, getting out of bed and wiping the chocolate off of my face with my hand.

“Oh,” Melody added, “I’m sleeping over tonight so I can help you get your mojo back. No one wants to go to a concert looking like….well….that!” She said, motioning to me.

 “Thanks, Melody,” I said sarcastically.

“Alright, Mission: Get-Jacquelyn-Back-In-The-Game is officially a go!"
