Kylo's POV

i waited for snoke's hologram to appear. his huge figure appeared and i lifted my head up to look at him in the eye.

"kylo ren." his echoing voice called. "you have let the resistance get ahead of you..that girl, Rey, who i assume is related to you, (im going with the rey Skywalker theory, i could be wrong sorry) has already reached skywalker, and has began training with Him. you must try and get locations to skywalker's whereabouts."

"yes supreme leader." i'm glad he wasn't lecturing me about something unnecessary.

"you've been letting things get ahead of you, ren." i spoke too soon. "i already warned you about being with that girl. she is distracting you." then his hologram disappeared. just like that. his voice echoing after those harsh words. i sighed and left this room. i put my mask back on and met with phasma, telling her that we need to go to the resistance base for skywalker's location. i told her to notify hux and to get our troopers and ships ready.

i walked back to Y/N's room and heard her talking to some one. i listened through the door.

"yeah i'm dating kylo, he's very sweet and dominant"

she better not be talking to hux. i barge in and find her and leslie, the radar technician who was 'teaching' me how to rewrite the calcinator, talking to Y/N. i took off my mask and looked at Leslie.

"remember me?" i ran my fingers through my hair.

"yeah i remember you. you shouldn't go undercover as a radar technician again. you're horrible at rewriting things. and you had a bad attitude. but it's all good, emo boy."

i scoffed. "im better at commanding the first order. and i am not emo!"

"yes you are. your pitch black hair and your dark clothes, and your temper defines it all" she say.

"i AM NOT. EMO."

"are too!"

"am not!"

"are too!"

"guys, guys!" Y/N stops our argument.

"sorry, sweetheart." i rolled my eyes at Leslie then moved my attention to Y/N. "anyway, the reason why i came here was to tell you that i'll be searching for the location to skywalker. i will be heading to the resistance base. don't let hux fuck with you or there will be a serious problem."

"stay safe kylo. i'll be waiting for you when you get back" Y/N said.

i placed a kiss on her lips and put on my mask, ready to leave.

"i'll shall see you guys soon."
i walked out the door and and shut it behind me. i sighed and walked to the main floor, watching as the troopers get prepared to leave on the ships. i cleared my throat and snapped my fingers, using the force to bring all attention to me.

"attention, troopers. you shall not attack anyone until i give permission. understand? now let's aboard these ships and get going to the resistance base." i command. we all aboard our several ships as i head onto the command shuttle.

after a few minutes, we arrived to the planet and i got off the ship, all the storm troopers waiting for me to speak.

"all of you will stand guard. do not shoot until i signal permission." i head towards the base and take off my mask. alarms were going off in the base and i walked underground, to be met by resistance members with their blasters up. one of them catches my eye. mother.

"ben.."

"mother.."

"put your blasters down, everyone." she says, talking to the resistance fighters. she approaches me and lifts a hand up to my cheek.

"ben, are you coming home?" i could see her eyes beginning to tear up, along with mine. i haven't seen her in so long. i missed those nights when she would brush my hair and play with my hair until i fell asleep. from her her touch, all of my memories of her flowed back into my mind.

"no, i-"

i couldn't take it as the tears began rushing out of my eyes. i collapsed in mom's arms, sobbing into her chest as she hugged me tightly, rubbing my back.

"i missed you so much" I sobbed. my eyes began to feel puffy as my tears blurred my vision. i hugged her so tightly as i felt pain in my heart, that was tearing me apart. i was being pulled to the light, i thought. i missed my family. i sensed it calling me by the force, to come back.

"i killed dad..he's gone..im s-sorry" i cracked.

"ben. it's okay..you were brainwashed by snoke..i want you to come home. we miss you, you belong here. i don't want you to get hurt. i feel your pain" she begs.

"mother i will be back. i feel your pain too, i just can't right now. it's too soon, i will have to plan everything out." i laid my head on her shoulder as she rubbed my back.."i have to go now, i will be back. i promise."

she kissed my cheek and ruffled up my hair. "you better be back soon."

i gave her a soft smile and the left. i quickly put on my mask and faced the storm troopers.

"we will head home now."

"s-sir ren, did you get the map?" one of the troops said.

"that is none of your concern right now, get on the ship" my shaky voice replied.

we all aboard the ships and shuttles, and i can feel the troopers' confusion and questioning. snoke is going to be pissed to see me empty handed.

i have to go back and see leia. i miss her. i need her comfort. maybe i could let Y/N meet her.

i used the force to enter mom's mind and talk. "i will be back, mother." i felt her wave of joy as i spoke. "i love you kylo. come back as soon as possible. we all miss you here". i smiled under my mask and zoned out of her mind.

sorry for not updating yesterday, I just feel like i needed a break and i wanted to sort out everything out for this chapter

because whenever i tried to write yesterday i ended up feeling really tired and typed random things with me eyes half closed lol
