Monday morning appeared and Marinette was up. She had to ho again over the bakery. She then went to school.

"Now what?"

"Tikki, today after school there is practice for the talent show."

"But Marinette, aren't you supposed to be at the bakery?"

"Yeah. That's why I'm going to be practicing at home. I'm going to video chat with her."

"Okay. That would work."

"Now stay low, Tikki. We are here."

Tikki hid. Alya then greeted her.

"Girl! You won't believe who is going to be in the Talent Show!"

"Who?"

"Lila! You know, she has an amazing voice!"

"How does that affect me?"

"Well, there is going to be a contest. Only 2 winners: a boy and a girl!"

"What?! I didn't know it was a competition!! What's the price?"

"A trip. To New York."

"New York?! I want to go there!! You know how many fashion designers are there!?!"

Alya left. Adrien arrived. "Hey Mari!"

They went to class.

After school, Adrien waited for Marinette. "Do you mind if I take you home?"

Adrien opened the door for her. She went in. Then Adrien followed. When they got to her house, Adrien went inside with her.

"Your parents aren't home."

"No. They come next week."

"Oh... Thanks!" Mari went to change. Adrien put on an apron. He then waited for Mari.

"There. Now, let's open it." She turned the 'Open' sign on.

Clients rumbled in. The bakery was pretty crowded. Good that Adrien was there too. Then Marinette got a phone call.

"You go answer that. I'll stay here."

She went to the hallway. "Hello?"

"Marinette! Aren't we going to VideoChat?"

"Oh I'm sorry! I'm at the bakery with Adrien. I need to-"

"Adrien is with you?"

"Yeah. He is helping me with the bakery."

"Well. We will do it tomorrow."

"Okay." She hung up. Tikki came out. "Now tomorrow you don't have to take care of the bakery."

"Yeah Tikki... Well I better go help Adrien."

"Hey Marinette. People are leaving already."

"Tikki hide! Oh really?"

"Yeah. Well now we can rest. Its 7 now."

Both went to the living room and sat down. They watched TV for a while.

"Don't you have somewhere to go to?"

"What? No. I have Mondays free. Do you want me to leave?"

"Oh. Its because I'm going to be in the talent show. And I didn't go to practice today."

"So you sing? I haven't heard you sing before."

"Well yeah. But there is a contest. Two winners: a boy and a girl. If they win, they go to New York."

"H-He... He is nice. I like that cat. May be punny sometimes, or sarcastic. But he is funny."

"Well I guess sometimes he is."

Marinette hid her blushing face. Adrien laughed. "Don't you sometimes wonder who he is?"

"Why would I? I like him in that sexy suit~" Marinette realized what she had said. "I MEAN! I LIKE THE BLACK SUIT THAT'S ALL!!"

"Yup. And you know what? I'm also in the talent show."

Marinette then went to her room. Chat was there.
