After raging out on my mother, I went home with Maka. My palms were twitching to crush her windpipe. "Kanji, please calm down." Maka said, trying to comfort me. "Im...I'm gonna take a nap." I go into my room and lock the door. I swing my hoodie on the other side of the room and kick off my shoes. I snatched off my socks and dressed into my t shirt and shorts. I lay over  the thick, soft blankets, slowly becoming tired. I flick on the air conditioner with my foot. The air blows onto my body and all around the room. I look out the window and gaze upon the moon.

~:Flashback:~

"Mama, what happened to the stars?" I asked. Me and my mother sat on the balcony, gazing upon the dark sky. "Kanji, the stars are there, you just have to look closely." She smiled. "Right there, I see Polaris." I squinted my eyes and saw something twinkling in the sky. "I see it, mama! I see it!" I squealed in excitement. "Right there! Its....its moving?" I looked closer, and it was only a plane. "Aw, that was a plane, mama, not a star." I frowned. "Look farther up." She smiled. I did as I was told, and saw my very first star. It was like a beautiful diamond dancing in the sky. "It's so pretty, mama. I want to catch it one day. Can we catch it, mama?" I looked at my mother with hope. "One day, but, let's just dream of reaching for them, okay?"

I nod and my father comes outside with mugs of warm milk. "Looks like it's time for bed for the little stargazers." I reach for the mug. "I want some, papa!" I smiled. "Are you sure you can hold it with those little hands?" He passes one to my mother and leaves one on the little table. "I'm strong, papa! I can hold the mug, I'm sure of it!" I said eagerly. "Alright, but let me get you a straw." I shake my head, my silky black hair flowing in the wind. "I don't need a straw, papa! I can drink it like a big kid! I'm a big kid now, papa!" I jumped for the mug.

They both smile and giggle. "Alright." He passes me the mug. I stumbled a little from it weight. I balance myself and start sipping milk. It was warm, creamy, and relaxing. "You make the best warm milk, papa. Remeber Christmas, when you made hot chocolate with warm milk, can I have some? With marshmallows and whip cream?  And strawberry slices? And cookies? Please, papa?" I asked. They smile and shake their heads. "On Christmas, okay?" Mother said. I nod and enjoy my milky beverage. Once I finish, I yawn and my father to carries me to my bed.

~:End Of Flashback:~

I heavy sleep drifts over me and possess my body. The next day, I wake up earlier than Soul and Maka, at three to be exact. I escape out the house and run to my parents place. I sit on the balcony and waited for the sun to rise. Hours later, the door clicks open and my mother steps out. "Kanji, I'm -" I stand up and walk to her. "Please, Kanji-" I wrap my arms around her, resting my head on top of hers. "I love you two too much to not call you family. Your forgiven, but I should be saying sorry."

"I'm sorry, I just really wanted to have grand children. I wasn't able to repopulate, and I still cant. That's why I was so upset." I remebered that Blair still did magic around the house, so I had one idea. "Don't worry, we have one way to make children, but we're gonna wait till we graduate, kay?" I smiled. She sniffles and nods. My father peeks out happily. I flash a grin to him. He smiles back and nods while leaving me and my mother. "So, mother, do you want to have...an...um...mother and daughter day?" I chocked out in guilt. "We've never had those in a long time. Sure." I pull out of the hug, repossessing my personal space. "How about Saturday?" She nods and goes inside of the house.

"Well, let's hope this goes good."
