Chapter 1

Monday

"Madeline get the fuck out of bed! You're gonna be late to school!" Her Dad yelled from downstairs.

"Be right down!" She replied.

Madeline dragged herself out of bed and got ready for the day. She was used to her dad yelling all the time so it didn't bother her anymore.

Ten minutes later she was downstairs and sat down to eat breakfast.

"It took you damn long enough! Now you don't have time to eat. Get your shoes on. I'll meet you in the car."

"K." Madeline said with a groan. She did as she was told and put her shoes on and went outside.

When they arrived at school all she could see were couples. That's all she ever saw. Madeline had only one boyfriend that she had ever loved but he broke her heart like any other guy nowadays would.

She got out of the car and walked up to the school. Madeline only had one friend and her name was Sara. Sara had been her friend since middle school and they were inseparable.

"Hey girl!!!" Sara yelled while waving her arm in the air.

"Oh, hi"

"Omg did you hear about Derek and Ashley?" Sara was the gossip queen. If you needed info on someone she knew it all.

"No Sara, what now?" Madeline said. Madeline on the other hand did not like gossiping. She though it was a waste of time.

"They were totally making out at a party on Saturday."

"Okay and why do I need to know this?"

"I-uh I don't know I just had to tell someone."

They walked to our lockers then walked to first period since they had almost every class together. When they got to science they sat down and there he was. Luke Hemmings. The bad boy of the school. Every girl was madly in love with him even though he was dating by far the prettiest girl in the school. Vanessa. All the guys drool over her. Luke and Vanessa were making out when Madeline and Sara sat down. Of course.
