Edward POV

I was completely puzzled, normaly when I smelt humans, all I smelt was food, but not with this new girl, Alexa Potter, she smelt different, like milk abd stawberrys, I asked Alice and surprisingly she smelt the same.

When I got home, I asked Carlisle about it, he just smiled and kept on muttering 'he finally found her' while blocking his mind by singing a song in his head. I asked him what he mention and he said you'll figure it out.

But what confused me most about Alexa was that I couldn't read her thoughts, it was like a brick wall was forbidding me to see anything. She was so frustrating but weirdly, I liked it.

Alexa POV

When I got to school the next day, everywhere I went I saw Edward Cuen, but instead of that frustrated face I kept on seeing yesterday, he was smiling, ugh, boys are so confusing.

When I entered the biology room I saw Edward was already there, he looked up and waved at me, smiling in a way that made me blush. I ducked my head and moved towards him, not wanting him to see me blush.

"Hello," he said in his perfect voice.

"Hi," I said, settling down in the seat next to him.

"How are you on this," he glanced out the window. "Utterly horrible day?"

"Fine, you?" I said looking at him.

"Great, it supposed to snow later today," I immediately brightened.

"Really! I love the snow, every year I always wined for a White Christmas, maybe I'll get one this year," Edward chuckled, he was abou to say something but yet again, the bell rang and everyone went silent, did I mention Mr Greene was really strict.

After Biology I went to my locker and grabbed my maths book when suddenly a very lively girl was at my side.

"Hi I'm Alice Cullen, Edwards sister, your Alexa right?" I was about to say something but apparently she wasn't done talking. "I just know we're going to be great friends, OMG, we should so go to Seattle sometime and-" but she was cut of by a new arrivel.

"Um Alice, what are you doing?" Edward asked an eyebrow raised.

"Oh we were just talking, okay bye Edward, nice meeting you Alexa," she kissed me on the cheek and then skipped away. That girl reminded me of Luna Lovegood abit just more hyper.

"Er, sorry about her, she's just siked she might have a new shopping partner," Edward said making me laugh.

"Its ok, I like her, she reminds me of someone I new back home, I mean, back in England," I couldn't call England 'home' anymore, to many bad things happened there. "Plus I could use a new shopping partner."

We both laughed and he walked me to the parking lot, said goodbye and then went to hid car, i headed to my own truck when i heard skidding, i looked up to see it heading straight towards me, I instinctly put my hands infront of me then I was blinded by a bright light and pused back by an invisabale force.

I opened my eyes a second later to see Edward net to me. Wait, how did he get here to fast, I looked at him strangely, the same way he was looking at me.

"How did you do that?" He said, uh oh, I'd blown it, I'd used accidental magic in front the whole school, not good, but luckily noone else had noticed, except for the rest of the Cullens.

I was just about to answer when Jessica, Angela, Eric and Mike (our group of friends) and some other student crowded around me. I kept on reapeating I was fine, but an ambulance soon turned up anyway, much to my dismay.

I looked behind me to see Edward and Rosalie arguing while the others where looking at me with amusment clear on there faces. I've got questions to answer

later, but then again, so do they.
