I'll Show you Around

Villager got so distracted by Toon Link's comb, he completely forgot that he left the oven on. "Hey, weren't you cooking something, Villy?" Toon Link said with his eyes dilated. "Oh yeah, that's right. Well, I'm sure it'll be fine! Heh..." The worried brunette awkwardly winked and dashed to the kitchen.

"(He's really adorable... Maybe he likes me? He really does show a lot of energy around me for such a small boy.)" The blonde giggled at the thought of Villager's size next to his, and then got prepared in the bathroom.

Toon Link peeked into the kitchen and noticed all of the neatly placed food on the table. Fruits, biscuits, toast, and the pancakes that Villager had made from scratch. He had just finished making the coffee and put the two cups on both sides of the table. "Hey! Like my setup? One of my friends showed me. I think it looks pretty tidy!" Villager said with a lighthearted smile. "Y-yeah! It looks pretty cool." Toonie's stomach faintly growled, but it was loud enough for Villager to hear. "Okay, okay, you can eat now. I hear your tummy already!" Toon Link sat down without hesitation and started to chow down.

"So, maybe today we could go outside? The Town looks pretty nice, and I was thinking maybe I could show you around." Villy said excitedly, hopping in his seat. "Sur-" The brunette was too eager, and could barely let Toon Link finish his sentence. "Okay, let's go!" Villager said, grabbing Toon Link by the hand and dashing out the door.

As Villy was showing Toon Link the sights, he made sure to hold his hand the entire time. The Hyrulian didn't mind, of course; even if he did have a hard time keeping up.
They stopped in front of Town Hall, and Villager pointed at the flowers near the building. "Hey, see those flowers? I planted those too. They're my favorite blue roses!" "Pretty." Toon Link said, getting close to smell them. "Come on inside!" Villy playfully pulled on Toonie's shoulders.

"Hi Isabelle!" Villager exclaimed, pushing the door open. "H-hi Mayor! Did you hear about the new resident?" Isabelle said with a smile.
"Sure did, he's right here!"
"Hi again, Miss Secretary." Toon Link waved. They chatted about the town for a while, and Villager was bragging about how many fishing tournaments he had won, with the blond haired boy staring in awe. "Look at the time, I have paperwork I should be doing. I'll see you later, Mayor and Toon Link!" "Bye!" The two said simultaneously.

As they left to go home, Villager remembered something. "Ah! Almost forgot! We should go visit my two friends!" He exclaimed. "S-sure!" Toon Link said, looking as tired as ever.
