French Vampires

Francis sat in the elegant chair by the window. He looked up and admired the full moon. I sat by the other elegant chair across from Francis'. I admired Francis' face. The moon casted a soft glow over Francis.

"Am I really that good looking?" Francis asks me. I giggle quietly.

"The moon does wonders for your looks." I compliment my lover. Francis smiles wit an open mouth. His fangs glinted in the moonlight.

"Your fangs are out, do you smell something nice?" I question. I lift my head slightly as I sniffed the air. I caught a scent and felt my fangs grow out as well. Francis stands and looks out the large window pointing down into a part of the forest that surrounds our large mansion.

"It seems a young couple decided to get a little frisky in the wrong part of town." Francis says. I stand as well and walk over to stand beside Francis. I look into the yard to see a young couple hurrying through the forest. I turn and walk towards the door but Francis is in front of me holding the door closed.

"Allow me." He says and hurries off. I go back and sit down as I wait for Francis' return. I soon heard screaming before silence. Francis returned soon after, but much to my surprise - and delight - Francis had his hand over the young girl's mouth. She was still alive, which allowed me to still have the thrill of the kill. I dove forward instantly and sank my canines into the lady's soft neck. After killing them Francis disposed of the bodies as I started a bath. Francis returned and the two of us sat up to our necks in the warm water.

"You really do love baths don't you?" Francis says and I nod.

"We never had such pleasures when I was human." I say and Francis steps forward.

"You're so lucky Joan, that I got to you before they did." Francis says and I smile nodding.

"And I'm ver grateful for that." I say sharing a kiss with my saviour.
