Anon Request: "Could you please write a Alex x Reader where he ignores her for work. Then she gets in an accident and he drops everything to rush to the hospital and sweetness happens."

You were getting frustrated. It had been at least a week and a half since your boyfriend, Alexander, had spent any time with you. He was in his study, just writing and writing.

"Alexander." You tried getting his attention, he didn't respond.

"Alexander?" You tried once more, putting a hand on his shoulder.

"What, (Y/N)?" He put down his pen and looked at you, his dark circles seemed blacker than usual.

"It's been almost 2 weeks since we last spent any time with one another... can we do something tonight? You and me? Maybe a movie?" You looked at him in the eyes, hoping to convince him.

"(Y/N).. You know that I can't, my work is important, I have to get it done! Maybe tomorrow.." He turned back to his paper.

"You've been saying that for the past week! Alexander, can't you just pull away from writing for one evening?!" Your face started to redden with anger.

"I'm sorry (Y/N)! I want to hang out with you. But my work comes first..." He replied, looking up from his paper again.

"You know what? Fine! If your work is more important than your girlfriend, then maybe you're better off without one." You walked out of the study, and slammed the door behind you.

You ran to your car, and started the engine, tears welling up in your (E/C) eyes. You sobbed hard, your back moving up and down as you cried. You pulled out and drove off, you didn't know where you were going, you thought maybe a drive might clear your mind.

You made it to an intersection, when the light turned green, you drove forward. But suddenly, another car rammed into your side, causing the airbag to go off. The last thing you could hear was ringing in your ears, as the world went black.

You started to hear voices, everything was black, but light from the world came through into your vison. You blinked a few times before you saw that you were in a hospital bed, and Alexander was sitting right by your side.

"Oh (Y/N)! Thank God you're alright!" He had his signature bright smile on his face.

"Alexander!" You exclaimed, a small smile erupting onto your face. "What happened?"

"Some jackass decided to ram into the side of your car, the car fell to it's side. Luckily you made it out with a broken leg and a concussion, nothing too serious." He replied, making you look down at your leg. It was wrapped in a cast up to the thigh.

You were both silent for a minute or two, until it broke with a sigh from Alexander.

"(Y/N), I'm sorry. This is all my fault, if I paid more attention to you, none of this would've happened." He looked at you with his brown eyes, they were full of regret.

"It's alright Alexander, I forgive you. But can you promise me one thing?" You smiled.

"Of course! What is it dear?" He took hold of your hand, leaning in closer to you.

"Can we watch (Your favorite movie) when I come home? Just you and me?" You asked, Alexander laughed and kissed you on the lips.

"Of course my darling, I promise." He peppered kisses all over your face, to which you giggled in response.

"I love you Alexander." You smiled again.

"I love you too, (Y/N)." He kissed you again.
