Kim's POV
I woke up to what sounded like groaning, I got up and decided to follow the noise because honestly the hail is making that noise at 7:00am like chill. The sound slowly got louder, I slowly opened my door realising this was most likely coming from Mario's room. I took a peek but it was hard to see anything, I opened the door wider but it ended up hitting the wall, I looked down the hall to see Mario. He was all red and sweaty "well don't just stand there help" he said while looking at me. I walked over to his room, entering. I held the top of his bag while he zipped it up. He struggled because the bag was completely filled with clothes and other stuff "Mario what did you pack in here" I said as he kept attempting to zip the bag "just regular sleepover stuff" he replied "so you're having a sleepover for a week?" I asked "no, just one night at geos house" he shrugged. Finally we closed the bag. We both started breathing heavy and plopped on the bed.
After that, we went down for breakfast. We had bagels "so Kim, Ariel and I are having a sleepover tonight, want to join?" Cat asked "yeah sure" I replied. We all finished our bagels and started the day. I decided to text Loren, we both really miss each other, Mario was still getting ready for the sleepover and I decided to do the same. Cat was with friends. That's pretty much how the day went.
Mario walked down the stairs with his bag "geo should be here any minute" Mario said while checking his phone, then there was a knock at the door. Mario opened the door "hey" geo said "let's go" Mario said and shut the door. I continued texting Loren until there was another knock at the door "what now Mario" Cat shouted from the kitchen. The door swung open and Ariel walked in "It's not Mario" she shouted back "Arieelll" Cat said running to the entrance. I was sitting on the little couch type of thing near the entrance so I had a clear view. Ariel and Cat were hugging, then they pulled away. I got up and walked over to Ariel "hey you must be Kim" I said "that's me" I laughed "let's get this sleepover started" Cat shouted and we ran up to her room. We decided to talk for awhile, Ariels pretty big on social media too.
We got a bunch of chips and candy then put in a movie, we decided to watch "sixteen candles" because we were in that kinda mood. I snuggled up in a blanket and Cat and Ariel did too.
As we were in the middle of the movie, we heard someone downstairs "did you hear that?" I asked. We were home alone and hearing noises when no one else is supposed to be around is one of the scariest things someone can experience "yeah" they both said they both starred at me "what?" I looked at them "you go" Cat said referring to having me go check out the noise "no way" I gave them a confused look "please" Cat said "fine, but if I die it's on you" I got up "here" Ariel gave me a bat "thanks" I rolled my eyes.
I slowly opened the door, then made my way downstairs "hello" I called, I heard more noise then followed it, I noticed the kitchen light was on and I gripped the bat as I got closer. I quickly ran in swinging the bat as if I were crazy "what's wrong with you" Mario shouted as I almost hit him "excuse me I thought you were gone" I said putting my hand on my hip "doesn't mean you need to try and kill me" he said "sorry what are you doing here anyways" I asked "oh um nothing" he said walking back "seriously" I laughed "I just got thirsty" he said grabbing some water "you didn't come all the way here for water Mario" I smiled "fine, I needed some drinks" he shrugged, my eyes grew wide "like alcohol" I asked "yeah geo has some babes coming to his place so we had to prepare" he walked back to the counter and grabbed some drinks "no way" I took them out of his hands "what are you my mom" he took them back "no I'm your friend" I took them back again and placed them back on the counter "It's just a few drinks" he sighed "what were you planning, to take advantage of these girls while they're drunk" I asked "don't make it seem so bad" he said.
We heard someone walking towards us and I noticed Cat and Ariel walk into the kitchen "what's going on" Cat asked "nothing" I walked out of the kitchen with Cat and Ariel following. We went upstairs and continued the movie.
