The plan was simple, Hoseok and Jimin would keep Jungkook after practice the night before his 19th birthday and work him hard enough for him to pass out once he got back. And so the mission went to plan. Seokjin, Tae, Yoongi, and Namjoon kept everything hidden in the kitchen until they heard the other three come home, followed by the light patters of the maknae going to his and Tae's room. "I usually tuck him in at night, I'll make sure he's asleep.." Tae whispers and goes to their shared room. Seokjin then takes all the bags from next to the refrigerator and hands them out amongst the other 4. Seokjin was sure that this surprise party would be the best, as their maknae was turning 19. There were red and blue streamers across the ceiling and walls, colourful balloons everywhere, and heart pillows on the floor and couch. There was also a birthday breakfast set up in the kitchen for when Jungkook wakes up.

The next morning, Jungkook almost slept in later than usual, but was woken up by Seokjin sitting next to him on his bed, playing with the younger's fingers. The maknae rolls over and lays his head in his hyung's lap, closing his eyes again. "Jungkookie-ah, you can't sleep in when today is a special day!"
"Mm... What's today?" He asks with a soft, sleepy voice.
"September 1st!"
Jungkook takes about 30 seconds to register the day before he quickly opens his eyes and sits up.
"September 1st??"
Seokjin nods and smiles not looking away from the other.
"And there's something special for you in the living room!" Jungkook's eyes light up like a little kid receiving candy and he smiles his bunny smile.
"Really?!"
"Yeah! Come on, I'll show you!"
Jungkook jumps out of his head and stumbles to his bedroom door in only shorts, looking back at his hyung.
Seokjin covers Jungkook's eyes with both his hands and leads him to the living room, everyone being as quiet as possible. He sits the boy down on the sofa, then uncovers his eyes, with the other 5 standing in front of him all in goofy party hats, Yoongi and Hoseok holding little party poppers.
As soon as he looks up, they pop the little poppers, letting the small confetti pieces land on the boy, and everyone starts singing.

Namjoon comes into the room with a nicely decorated cupcake, a little candle on top.

Jungkook is smiling brightly with a few tears in his eyes and claps once their done. "Blow out the candle!!" Hoseok yells. Jungkook closes his eyes briefly, then blows out the little pink candle. Everyone cheers and Namjoon puts the cupcake on the coffee table.
"You know what our maknae gets on his 19th birthday?" The leader says with a mischievous look. "What do I get?"
"You get attacked with kisses by your boyfriends you love very much!" He yells and all 6 attack him at once, giving him little kisses everywhere. This leaves Jungkook in a giggling mess as they all plant little kisses across his body.
