Yes, I did try to piss him off. I did it because I knew if he had the anger in him already and if Hermes tried breaking them up he wouldn't let it happen.
I don't really know William at all. Just what I've heard from Apollo and Mr. D, really. Apollo said they were happy. And Percy hasn't been happy in a long time. I didn't want Hermes to ruin that.
Not thinking of the time different he called middle of the day here the next day and they were sleeping. Middle of the night there. Everyone was watching. Wanting to know what would happen.
Of course, Percy and William were asleep. William must've sensed the IM or something because he didn't wake up but he like flitched or jumped or whatever in his sleep and it was subconsciously he did this. Percy.
He wrapped his arm around him as if to protect him.
I'm sorry, but you can't break that up.
So Iris is an asshole to Hermes and ended the call.
"Hey, what-" the messenger God said and Iris shrugged.
"Sorry,majority rule."
The next day as the annual trip the year round campers came for the day but we noticed something. Or I should say, Zeus noticed.
"Hades," Zeus remarked and pointed at both Nico and Hazel. Who weren't interacting with each other, although no big deal. "Do you know why your kids haven't said a word to each other in the 3 hours they've been here already?"
"I stay out of their drama," he tells us," if something happened, I'll probably find out this winter when Christmas comes around."
So we eavesdropped.
"Go talk to your brother." Reyna remarked.
"Why would I want to?" This came out of Hazel, mind you," he doesn't seem to care so. When he starts to care a little, I might consider."

So we eavesdropped Nico and Reyna. And she brought up talking to Hazel.
"Don't you think I've tried that, Reyna?" Nico asked the praetor. "She hates me, Reyna. I tried talking to her, I tried before we came and she just walked away and went to talk with Frank. If she doesn't want to grow up a little and move on from the fact that my mom and my sister died before I even knew Hazel, she doesn't have to. If she doesn't want to talk about it and figure it out with me, she doesn't need to."
"Or at least, I'm not making her."

Did I ever find out what happened? No, I didn't hear what Nico had said.
Hazel asked me that week if she could come for a different week and I said that was fine. If she changed her mind just send a message. I love my kids, I really do. I love when they visit and when I get to see them. I had them to have them. Not to pawn them like the others do. I mean. Poseidon didn't with Percy but that's what it turned into. And sure, I've had my kids run a few errands, but they're willing. If they don't want to do it, there's usually somebody that will and if I really need to, I'll do it.
Nico came down first. For two weeks. Week before and week of Christmas.
He barely touched his first meal.
"Are you okay?" Persephone noticed it before I even sat down with my plate. Persephone knew it was hard for Nico, she always tried to be the mother Maria couldn't be any longer so. She's really good with him. Better than me at times.
